Suguru is not showing errors on my husbands tablet (Android) as it does on my iPad. I have purchased the whole set - my husband is reluctant to do that if it’s not going to work properly. Help please

How to fix Suguru app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Suguru app on iPhone
Update Suguru app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Suguru iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Suguru on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Suguru network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Suguru Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Suguru not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Suguru App
1. On android, goto Settings » Suguru » click [Force Stop]

Update Suguru to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Suguru App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Suguru » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Suguru.

Fix Suguru unable to contact server/ Suguru internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Suguru » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Suguru » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Suguru
