SoPlayer Status

Following SoPlayers latest update, we no longer have sound on a few stations, especially during the daytime hours. The stations are: MSNBC, CNN, BBC, OWN, and it is hit or miss with other stations. This was not a problem prior to the update. Can you explain what the problem is and if there is a fix?

Says my account is disabled. How do I enable it?

I have not been able to sign in to my so player it gives me error EC1O & ECO5. MAX devices wrong. I only gave 4 and this one is one of the 4! When I try to contact support someone is quick to answer but no help. They transfer me PAY for a service that should be provided "Free". this is getting annoying . I'm paying for service I am not receiving. This app sucks. Will someone in support PLEASE contact me. Free of charge! Contacting your support is like looking for something that does not exist.
