Hi support-Team, I'll need to use elvi clickdoc in a videoconsulting session, I'm a patient and use clickdoc only by chrome browser via android smartphone. I get a new A32 samsung and clickdoc doesn't function any more (before with Samsung S7 I never had these problems). Every time I give in my Name and Code, then my video appears, but if connection to my talking partner seems to be establish the browser says: error connection - and then the complete session freezes and I could do nothing. My psychologist says that I am the only patient with that problems. I try to use my notebook, but I get the message that the WLAN speed is not enough or something like that. I hope you have any idea. :-) kind regards
