First it does not allow me to log in anymore as I’m apparently still logged into a different device, when I ever only used this phone.
I deleted app and reinstalled and it worked again. Just to ask me to identify through Nect app - which requires me to have an NFC ID card. Whilst asking me a few times to confirm my phone number.
As I don’t have an NFC enabled ID card I had to use the alternative identification, which is….
… getting a letter!
Expected a fax, which would have at least been instant.
There are so many easy and cheaper ways to identify people - an SMS would have done the job. But Barmer rather bloss members fees for this ridiculous process…
