Honestly I really wanted to like this brand because the clothes are cute but since putting in my first order with them, the whole experience has been very unpleasant. I made an account with them, yet neither MotelRocks nor the website are able to process and functionally log me in. Tried activating, resetting password, all of that, and still got met with loads of error messages. The clothes are alright quality, definitely not worth the pricing. I learned this the hard way when I received my order 2 months later after paying. I decided to return 3 items. Had to go through another round of error messages for the return process and another round of trying to get in contact with support to fix this. Now they are trying to charge me $25 to return my mistake of a purchase. Overall, the clothes are mediocre, the customer service is the slowest ever, and MotelRocks /website needs loads of fixing. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company which I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.

MotelRocks has always been glitchy but i didn’t care bc at least i was able to check out and view my wishlist. with the most recent update not only can i not see my wishlist but i can’t see my cart :(

They won’t let me change the currency from £ to $ or USD

I ordered a one month ago and never came to my address

Its very annoying because it does not allow for you to change the currency, so for me an American it’s very hard to use MotelRocks because I have no clue how much I might be spending unless I convert it on an online browser thing, but I way rather be able to shop and see prices because I shop for cheaper items.

i read the reviews of MotelRocks before i downloaded it, so i had an idea of what i was getting myself into first off. i noticed everyone complaining about currency, so the second i got MotelRocks , i made an account and changed the currency. it logged me out and says it has an error every time i try to log in. don’t get MotelRocks . not worth it.

I tried to order off the website but there were so many bugs… it was impossible. Hopefully MotelRocks is different

Just created an account and it has already kicked me out and can’t register my log in. Also, everything I search, “no product” shows up.

App shuts down unexpectedly after several minutes.

I am trying to shop while also calculating in the 20% discount. I most enjoy clothing websites who will include the new discounted price under each garment so you can decide if it’s really worth it to buy. I can only use GBP on this website and the discount is likewise not calculated in its description. This probably deters a lot of buyers (me alike) from adding to their cart due to perceivably steel prices, when in reality the clothing is prices cheaper at the moment due to clearances and sales. Perhaps you can change this for the future or at least look into some options. Thank you so much! I look forward to hearing back about any new exciting changes! Please take care.

I love MotelRocks it works great EXPECT the fact that it is extremely annoying that the keyboard pad always pops up after you view an item on the iPhone. I’ve accidentally typed and I can’t backspace or remove the keyboard without it taking me all the way back to the beginning of my search and then I have to spend 20min trying to scroll all the way back to where I was. I just wish MotelRocks was more constant.

I’ve had MotelRocks for several months. Everytime I try to look at my shopping cart/basket or even my wishlist it never loads any of the clothing items. Plz fix this.

Finally receiving txts about the whereabouts of my order

MotelRocks is wonderful and the clothes are SO CUTE, but MotelRocks won’t let me change the £ to USD. i gave MotelRocks my address and yet they are still showing me the prices in UK money and i see no way to change this.

Not sure if this is a Motel Rocks thing or just their app, but it would be nice if people could leave reviews for their products etc. I've really struggled with sizing from them because their tops run small and their pants run big (and this is after double- and triple-checking their sizing guide and my measurements), and since they don't allow free returns, I'm stuck with these slightly ill-fitting clothes that I may or may not be able to have altered. If I could see reviews mentioning whether something runs big or small, or other pertinent issues, I'd probably be a lot more willing to purchase from them.

MotelRocks is great except for the fact that i can’t convert money to dollars!

I am going to order a sweatshirt for grandaughter, but have a question. I ordered a similar item from a different co, size was way off and having problem returning, says I have to return to China if I want to return, no one in family can wear it. Return address is from California. Is this going to be a problem? She really likes the Glo Sweatshirt in stone wash Angelo. Thank you
