Force Stop the Zengo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zengo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zengo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zengo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zengo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zengo.
