How to fix Zengo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zengo app on iPhone
Update Zengo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zengo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zengo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zengo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zengo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zengo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zengo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zengo » click [Force Stop]

Update Zengo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zengo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zengo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zengo.

Fix Zengo unable to contact server/ Zengo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zengo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zengo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
