This is a company that anybody needs we all have the right to feel safe at any given time to be protected no matter what the circumstance is. The customer service is amazing make sure I felt safe the whole in time at my ex fiancé threaten to kill me they were there to speak with my sisters speak with the police order tickets order cars to get me out of there safely stayed on the phone with me video chatting so they can see my surroundings to make sure that I’m safe and fall me with GPS. Thanks for this application and this service I got home safely when I though I might not. If you have ever had to been in a situation where your life is in danger this is Bond for that 24 seven the quickest response and boom you’re speaking with an agent who sees hears everything you explain everything that’s going on and they’re doing everything they can to help you. And Ashley Miranda and Edward I’ll get a five star rating for their help and especially Edward for training those 2 agents

I have been having problems recently with trespassers on our private property here at home, several attempts to break in thru the back doors as well as personnel physical threats directed at me. Also my phone somehow is being accessed and used by the female who has brought these problems.
2 nights ago was the last time they tried breaking in by kicking one of the back doors. I call the police but the people responsible are gone or hiding once the police arrive. The first time I had to call the police the Officer did confirm that what I reported seeing to be correct, and footsteps of the trespasser leading to the back of our property.
I’m hoping that this app can help me and our local police get these people to secure my home once again!

If I could give Bond 100 out of 100 stars they would have all those stars. I downloaded Bond and started with the free premium trial and loved every aspect of Bond . So I subscribed to premium services. Everyone that works with this app is awesome and so kind. They really care about you and your safety. I’ve used Bond basically everyday since I downloaded it and I will continue to use it when I feel I need to. The video monitor me service is my favorite you would be face to face with an security agent in seconds and they will stay on with you and help keep you comfortable when your walking home or to your car. Also they stay on with you for as long as you need them too. So I really recommend downloading Bond.

So I’m impressed. Such a great app and the location services seem to be very accurate. I was looking for something that would allow me to share location with friends and family and Bond is a must have for us. It gives me great peace of mind. We no longer need to update each other via phone or text when we reach different locations or are meeting up. That information is literally a few clicks away! Also it’s awesome that I know my friends and family have the ability to contact an agent should they be walking or taking transit late at night. In a big city, especially late at night it’s easy to feel unsafe. this app is the first app I’ve seen to provide a solution for that. THANK YOU!

First off, safety is the most important aspect in today’s world so I wouldn’t hesitate to pay $10/month or $90/year for my personal security. To the people claiming this is a “scam” or this is “not worth it” we already spend dollars on other apps like filters, photo editing, and games.
Secondly, Bond offers several free features that do not require you to make any payment in advance.
Lastly, if I can offer any advice to those of you out there is do not wait for something unfortunate to happen to you or a loved one to make you realize you need Bond. Instead of making sure it doesn’t happen again....prevent it in the first place.

As a young female living in a large city, it seems more often than not my personal safety feels compromised while walking down the street, whether walking home at dusk, or heading out in the morning. Bond added a strong layer of safety and confidence from the moment I left my home, something I haven’t had before.

The functionality is really intuitive and should come easy to those who aren’t entirely tech savvy.

For anyone wanting to feel more secure when they’re out and about, Bond and programming is a must-have. Wish it were available years ago!

I am a triathlete and need to go training early morning around 4am everyday. The area where I am living is not super safe sometimes. I used this app today since there were some suspicious people following me off the field when I was walking home. I opened Bond , the agent got connected in 5 seconds, extremely fast and professional. It turned out to be false alarm eventually, but I appreciate the super fast respond time and professionalism presented by the agent. This is my must-have app when I go outside for early training mornings. Thx u this app !

As a woman in the corporate world, I often find myself traveling alone in cities to meet customers, partners and manufacturers. Not always knowing these cities, I don’t always know where I’m safe. And even in my home city, I can find myself out very late at night with friends and when its time to go home I still have to walk alone to my car, Uber, or back to my house. In the dark. Typically in heels.
Having this app makes me feel more secure in these situations, as I know that someone knows where I am and can get me help immediately if I need it.

As a large fellow (6’ 250lbs) I thought I was fine to handle myself, but I figured I’d give this service a try. I have had a few instances where I’ve had to use the ready an agent when I was in an uneasy situation. I had once where it escalated and the agent had to speak to an individual through my speaker. After that I now use the track my walk feature whenever I am out walking alone. Even though I don’t like having using the service (because that means I’m in a situation that I am uncomfortable) I’m glad I have it to give me peace of mind.

At first I downloaded Bond because my roommate asked me to. But as he’s explaining it to me and I’m seeing it in front of me, I realized this is actually an amazing idea. I live in Brooklyn but I don’t know self-defense, so when I’m feeling a little anxious I just take out Bond , and it gives me the sense that I’m not alone. So far I have not needed help, but I know it’s there if I do. I’m really glad they added the location sharing; my roommate and I just started sharing location with each other! Looking forward to seeing what other features they bring out.

Bond is great! A security agent is available to talk with me as I walk to my car at night in public parking deck garages. They can see my location.
I got Bond for my 2 daughters who are away at college. They use it when walking across campus to their dorms after a night class or studying at the library. Gives me peace of mind as a parent.
I highly recommend getting Bond for your family and friends! The security agents are professional and friendly. It’s very convenient and easy to use. Definitely worth getting !

Whether you decide to use the free features of Bond or buy premium, I think Bond is a great one to have just in case. I feel safer knowing I can subtly have an agent with me in seconds when I’m walking alone to my car at night. Sometimes you don’t quite need 911, I know I get paranoid (but sometimes it is just paranoia) if there’s someone a few feet behind me in the parking garage alone, so this puts me at ease that I can talk to someone while I get to my car, and if the worst were to happen, they could contact 911 for me.

Bond is very legit. I was on practice mode and pressed “call” and it actually gave me a live agent so that was quite scary to be honest because I didn’t think it would connect me so fast to an actual agent so I’d put a warning or remove that portion because now I feel terrible for wasting the agent’s time. Though I will still give Bond 5 stars because the agent was prompt, serious, and still wanted to make sure I was safe even though it was an accidental call.

Being a young woman an often I am on my own an alone. I do feel insecure about my surrounding an I never do know what could happen so it’s always good too be safe an feel safe an I do feel like Bond has definitely put this all in one an I honestly couldn’t have been any happier too have found Bond thank you so much an I 100% recommend this too family or friends of all ages cause who wouldn’t Want too feel safe 24/7

Great software, super user friendly (even for this non-tech guy), and amazing customer service. I love the 24/7 agent support and always have had great interactions. All 3 of my daughters have ethos app and use it. There is no replacement for law enforcement, however, thanks to this app, there is a huge gap filled.

My daughter just used Bond at home alone and was freaked out by some random noice. The agent was there instantly and was with her checking out the house.

I live alone in a city where I don’t know anyone yet and I have epilepsy, and Bond makes me feel safe and looked after. If I’m ever in a position where I’m alone and feel unsafe, or if I’m alone and feel like I may have a seizure, I can just open Bond and know someone is there looking out for me. And to anyone complaining about the price: we pay for cameras and alarm systems for our homes, how is $9.99/month too much for security wherever you go? The price really can’t be beat for the services it provides.

This is the type of innovation that I’ve always hoped to see on a smartphone.

Most tech companies, with ability to access your location, camera, microphone, first think about how to sell you ads or sell your data. Bond actually tries to improve your life and meet your most basic need for security.

If you live in a not so safe area, or you may be walking into a questionable situation, it’s great to know you have some backup. The piece of mind itself is quite worth it IMHO.

I often walk home alone late at night, usually after a long day at the office. Most of the time it’s fine, but there are def times when I feel nervous and even unsafe. During those times, I’ve never had a reliable way to ensure my safety. this app does just that for me.

Thank you So much for Virtual Security, your professional and helpful representative was such a comforting experience knowing someone was with me even if only virtually. She knew my location and could reach out to authorities if I were to need help. I had to deal with being away from my property for a month and knew something was wrong and vandalism was going to be the outcome. Sure enough upon entering the property, damage due to a fire caused by vandals and theft.

I have always been very vigilant walking around the big city I live in at night. My commute often involves walking through a park notorious for its violent crimes. In the past I could only rely on calling friends to “accompany” me on this walk, knowing that this form of virtual contact with them would probably not make such a big difference in the long run. Now I have a service that has multiple modalities to actually keep me safe in the moment!

Great app to have for when you’re walking alone, in an unfamiliar place, or late at night. Especially useful for women, teens, and college students. We hear in the news about attacks and muggings of people walking to their car in a parking garage late at night, but I wonder if they were using Bond if such a thing would still happen. You can still be safe even with he free version, the download is definitely worth it.

The agents are my favorite part of this service. So responsive and professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Just moved to a new city with no close friends or relatives nearby, so having somebody I can call on when I find myself in sketchy situations is invaluable. Even got my mom using the service, which is kind of amazing because even the simplest apps give her trouble. Def recommend checking it out for yourself.

Makes me feel incredibly safe to know there is someone 24/7 ready and available to help should I ever need it. Aesthetically pleasing, with the benefit of also being highly functional as it enables you to articulate which type of help to call for without wasting time to figure out the options.
