Every time I tap this app it keeps shutting off please fix

Please fix this at the keeps shutting off every time I tap into it

The sound

PT is overall amazing it can fit a bunch of photos and videos why also having the ability to make even more albums, all though the only thing is the when I try to watch a video the sound dosnt work. Now hear me out Iโ€™ve already tried everything and I am positively sure it is PT so I donโ€™t know how to fix that. Other than that great app
