- Leaked in a few places when it rained

- Up a hefty hill, so may get snowed in

- Elevator didn't work for some

- Trash thrown off of the back balconies

- App not functioning

- Login does not work

- Emails never arrive with the password information

- No contact info given for support

- Chat function never advanced

- WiFi only worked part of the time

- Movie room didn't work

- 2 of the bedroom tvs didn't work at all

- 400 channels only able to get about 15 due to WiFi

Unable to login to your app with the access code provided by Kona Coast Vacations. Phoned Kona Coast and the code they provided (7p3431) for our 13 December arrival date works on their computer. The app does not work on my laptop, my Iphone or my husbands android phone and when i select a new code be sent to my email, nothing is received. Your help would be greatly appreciated. How to fix Happy Stays X app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Happy Stays X app on iPhone
Update Happy Stays X app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Happy Stays X iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Happy Stays X on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Happy Stays X network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Happy Stays X Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Happy Stays X not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Happy Stays X App
1. On android, goto Settings » Happy Stays X » click [Force Stop]

Update Happy Stays X to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Happy Stays X App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Happy Stays X » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Happy Stays X.

Fix Happy Stays X unable to contact server/ Happy Stays X internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Happy Stays X » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Happy Stays X » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Happy Stays X
