Unable to login to your app with the access code provided by Kona Coast Vacations. Phoned Kona Coast and the code they provided (7p3431) for our 13 December arrival date works on their computer. The app does not work on my laptop, my Iphone or my husbands android phone and when i select a new code be sent to my email, nothing is received. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
