Need a number to speak to someone concerning cx a reservation. A number. A human.
Repeated attempts to get access code-says it’s sent to my email but does not. When I go to contact us it’s just a blank screen that says contact us. How do I get in touch with ANYONE!!
I have reservations through two different realtors at different places and different times of the year. Is there a way to add the second most recent reservation to the App so it shows both? I-phone - App does not provide me with place to type in new access code.
I have made numerous attempts to get you to send me a verification code via email. I keep getting a message stating email sent. NO EMAIL RECEIVED
The app will not send an access code to my email for me to log in view my reservation/payments.
Sending invites to friends (to pay their share of a trip) via the app but no one is receiving them. What am I doing wrong?

The app is not functioning, as other reviewers have noted. Login does not work and emails never arrive with the password information for initial setup. And not in spam either. There is no contact info given for support in the app. The developer link listed in the App Store connects to a 404 error page. Trying to work around that led to what appeared to be the correct developer website, however the chat function never advanced from being 1 ahead in the queue and 8 minute wait time. Gave up long after that amount of time. Use the web site instead for whoever you booked your reservation through and forget trying to use this app.

We have stayed in the cabin under other rental companies with no issues. This visit, we’ll let’s just say I would never rent or recommend this company or this cabin to anyone.
WiFi only work part of the time. With no WiFi, movie room doesn’t work. 2 of the bedroom tvs didn’t work at all. 400 channels only able to get about 15 due to WiFi. Kitchen sink broke. Pots and pans very few and most was burnt on the inside. Hot tub nasty and never cleaned. Beds had blood stains on the mattress covers.
I could go on and on. This place was a disgrace! My brother has stage 4 lung cancer, took him here for some R&R and what a disgrace and so nasty he felt some uncomfortable being there.

Family of 10 with 4 kids stayed for 5 nights. House was not clean at all. Theater room tv turned on but couldn’t get anything to work luckily we brought our fire stick from home to use, top of stove had a thick film of grease, kitchen utensils were found under the beds, popcorn in the chairs in theater room, dishes had food on them when taken out of cupboards, hot tub SMELLED like a dirty fish tank and was green, septic leaked out and overflowed, toilet paper and water shot out the top when toilets were flushed, sewage smell was so bad in the downstairs the bedroom could not be used, the washer smelled musty and made the clothes smell, the dryer control panel plate had been duck taped but had still fallen forward, sparked when turned on and did not work. Maintenance came out to check the septic and said it was “normal” and “just don’t use the dryer.” Toilet paper and sewage was all around the septic and you can tell this had not been the first issue with the washer/dryer either. We are not ones to ever complain or make a bad review because we understand things happen/ get worn out etc… However we feel these two major issues are a huge sanitation and fire hazard that seem not to make priority.
