Makes online ordering easy... only when Tastea ACTUALLY ACCEPTS THE PAYMENT METHOD. Very rarely will the this app app accept the credit card payments for some stupid reason. After ending my card information, a pop-up message will appear saying something like “Oops! This this app location cannot accept your order. Please call to make your order.” This pop-up message will appear after trying many other different cards which is SUPER ANNOYING. I will, then, call the this app location and they’ll say that they cannot take our order over the phone; only through Tastea or in-person. Therefore, Tastea renders useless 99% of the time. Please fix this MAJOR ISSUE because I know that I’m not the only one experiencing it.

Always crashes or unable to make an order, zero point in an order ahead app if it never works / the promos for Tastea never work.

Can’t get into Tastea with my actual account. And when I go to make a new one I can back out of that page even if I close Tastea until I make a new account (I think, haven’t made a new one). Will there ever be a back button just in case you change your mind on making a new account?

I used Tastea once and it was great the first time since I bought at the beginning of opening hours. However, if you try to order during busy times Tastea will not let you order whatsoever and will not accept your order. The stores only currently offer orders through mobile order so I couldn’t even get my drinks and just left. Got a free drink reward for signing up but I can’t even redeem it because there’s no cashier. Fix your app

Unable to check out because it won’t let you type in a credit card number… even when you go to check out and it finally asks for one, there’s no button to actually input a payment method. No tea for me I guess 🤷🏻🤷🏻

This whole concept of making me give you all this info over an app just to sell my data is ridiculous. Don’t make storefront locations and not even have a way to charge customers without providing my card details over a 2 bit app. I don’t think your security for Tastea is strong enough or made well enough to fend off an attack or breach.

Also you lost like 5 customers in the span of 10mins.

Unable to checkout in Tastea . I added the drinks to the cart and go to the “review order” page. The items are there but the price shows $0 for the drinks. When trying to make payment, I get error “Error validating basket”. I have ordered from Tastea before in previous versions of Tastea . Need better QA and regression testing before releasing a new version to the public.

been waiting over a month for my password reset email. wanted to use my birthday deal but it didn’t let me sign it after I got a different phone. I don’t forgot passwords easily but I tried over and over again to login and it wouldn’t work. click forgot password and it never sent me an email to reset the password. tried clicking it again and again but no email ever came.

Tastea needs some working on. I have attempted to place an order through Tastea in different locations and with different pick up times and it NEVER WORKS!!! THE WORST part is going inside to place an order instead but the location telling you if you can’t place an order through Tastea , then you can’t get a drink. I do like the fact that the menu is easy to navigate and seems pretty easy enough to place order.

Sometimes extremely easy to use and other times I can’t order at all! I always get their wellness drinks with stevia. And when Tastea isn’t working, I can’t choose level of stevia sweetness! I’ve seen the option before so I know it exists but I’ve encountered times when it’s just not there. And when I try to add the drink without the selection to cart, it errors out and says “please make a selection for stevia”. Uhhhh I would if I could but the button isn’t there! Love this app but so frustrating when you can’t order from Tastea because of this issue.

App is good and easy to use but I recommend having the option to set a favorite location when placing an order. Scrolling through all locations each time you place an order is not ideal.

The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star, there’s no way to substitute the type of milk you want through Tastea . I love boba but I can’t have dairy so the only reason I have Tastea is to redeem points. I can’t order ahead unless I want a fruit tea.

this app has delicious food and great service. I love the rewards system and I love that it gives me alerts for special promos. However I don’t like that Tastea automatically removes items from your cart if you don’t order right away. I had an order ready to be placed but I went to check something else and switched to a different app, and when I came back Tastea had gone to sleep and all of my items in my cart were gone and I had to start over.

I've been ordering through doordash since quarantine started but I found out you can get points by ordering through Tastea and still works for deliver -- or pickup if you choose! Not sure why there's bad reviews about not being able to order through high volume. I was notified they were at high volume before but you can still schedule the nearest "future" order which is only 15 minutes later and you're able to order. Be smart ppl 😗

So happy they added an ordering option. I can order on my way to this app and pick it up right when I get there! Saves me a lot of time when I’m on the go!

I set up an account as a returning rewards member to redeem the points from the old reward system and none of the points transferred even though at the store they told me it would.

Once this app switched to this new system, they printed me a receipt so I could put the new points on Tastea . I didn’t get a chance to enter the barcode receipt until 6 days later and I couldn’t redeem the points because the receipt was “too old” even though it hasn’t even been a week since I made the purchase....

Every time I go to this app one of their employees tries to get me to sign up with Tastea . I tell them that the onboarding is atrocious and hand them my phone so that they may experience the pain themselves. While they go through the steps they keep telling me how easy it is to set up until they suddenly stop talking mid sentence. That is when I know that they got stuck waiting for a confirmation number. I smile at them and politely tell them “I told you so”.

Didn't get a confirmation text and now I can't even sign up. It says maximum devices used connected to the number. Can't even get an email. Total worthless app. The stores won't even take the card or your phone number unless you transferred your info on this stupid app.

Tastea deserves 0 star! After trying several times, Tastea does not send the required 6 digit to complete account set up. Emailed customer services a week ago and no reply. Very disappointed. Will delete Tastea and no more taste tea for me in the future. There are plenty of tea places around with butter custom service

Unable to get credit for a purchase because 5-day old receipt is “too old”. Tried entering the receipt barcode manually and again unable to do so because I am not within the vicinity of this app! I am home so does it mean I have to drive back to the location to use Tastea ? This is stupid.

How you’re going to promote Tastea and it doesn’t even work! Also, can’t transfer my points! At least, let ppl use their card while you fix this issue.... SMH!

Offered so many rewards that were apparently “available to redeem” but were actually fake and nonredeemable. Don’t download Tastea, it’s a complete waste of space.

App is total garbage..can’t scan the code to redeem my points as it says “invalid code”...when I’m literally here inside the store.

Terrible system can’t even let you finish creating your account. It asks you to input a 6 digit code they send you through text but you never get anything and when you try to click “resend,” Tastea just loads for eternity and still nothing. Can’t transfer points or redeem rewards. So much for that

It would be much better if they just had a stamp card, where you just buy 10 drinks and get the next one for free! You have to spend $100 just to redeem a basic Simplicitea.
