Makes online ordering easy... only when the app ACTUALLY ACCEPTS THE PAYMENT METHOD. Very rarely will the Tastea app accept the credit card payments for some stupid reason. After ending my card information, a pop-up message will appear saying something like “Oops! This Tastea location cannot accept your order. Please call to make your order.” This pop-up message will appear after trying many other different cards which is SUPER ANNOYING. I will, then, call the Tastea location and they’ll say that they cannot take our order over the phone; only through the app or in-person. Therefore, the app renders useless 99% of the time. Please fix this MAJOR ISSUE because I know that I’m not the only one experiencing it.

I used the app once and it was great the first time since I bought at the beginning of opening hours. However, if you try to order during busy times the app will not let you order whatsoever and will not accept your order. The stores only currently offer orders through mobile order so I couldn’t even get my drinks and just left. Got a free drink reward for signing up but I can’t even redeem it because there’s no cashier. Fix your app

This whole concept of making me give you all this info over an app just to sell my data is ridiculous. Don’t make storefront locations and not even have a way to charge customers without providing my card details over a 2 bit app. I don’t think your security for the app is strong enough or made well enough to fend off an attack or breach.

Also you lost like 5 customers in the span of 10mins.
