App is very slow to unresponsive at times. Does any one even use their software?
Literally one of the creepiest piece of software I’ve ever seen . They want to know your level of College , financial info , credit score , crypto addresses and on and on. Hell no I’ll never use this and instantly deleted , they’re literally asking you to violate your own privacy👎 I would like help deleting my information too.
I already had GlobalID but no Universal Name (apparently a new feature). I have the recovery key but don't have the option to enter it. It just logged me out of my account.
*A year later, I tried to create a new account, but still there's no way to enter recovery key to recover old account. I wish to just merge my old verified account with the new system.
I have contacted support and have been shuffled around. Now on my 4th person asking me the same question - still having issues? Screenshot please. Then get still having issues email from someone else. For an app that integrates tons of personal info, this is a disaster. I’m uninstalling and removing from my uphold integrations. Unacceptable support.
I personally don’t like Uphold’s platform which is essential to using the wallet. It would be nice to be able to choose from a few as an option.
I see bad reviews complaining about USBC asking for personal information or that there aren’t any use cases. See the thing is global ID is building the future. It’s not about USBC , but about the ecosystem. No more giving every company my personal information. All I have to do is show them my global Id verifications.

I love how I can get 2% in XRP from all my purchases. It’s really genius and easy to use also it connects with Uphold which is a plus as well. The one thing I wish it had was a more detailed result of your transactions by year, month and date to know exactly how much cash back you earn per month. Other than that I highly recommend USBC.
Phenomenal concept and execution. We should never be giving out personal information to authenticate, when it’s not necessary. GlobaliD understands this. Looking forward to watching USBC evolve.
USBC is improving every month it seems, can’t wait for more provider to use user control solution like GlobaliD, tired of tech companies making money of my data.
So much functionality within USBC . With the fixes to the inevitable bugs, it’s becoming more and more robust. One small fix would be making the digital card number easily copied with a tap and hold.
Don’t miss the bus because you don’t understand it’s benefits or how it works. Trusting a trustless system may be all you need to know; try and figure it out before giving up….
Everything about USBC is secure and it is the future! Don’t get left behind because of fear. Just missed being in the first 1,000 for the XRP card...I’ll take being 1,081 though! Lol Phenomenal customer service, and the XRP-chat on USBC is a great perk too.
App always worked good for me but now USBC doesn’t work I can’t email y’all either or anything cause when I search up the website it says can’t connect to sever and literally anything I try on USBC says “something went wrong try again” please help
By far global id is thee best in online security,,, customer service is upfront fast and reliable
