I literally just downloaded Aarons and for some reason I can’t access my accounts
I cant even pay extra to get my bill down before my 120 days
When I first downloaded this about 3 months ago I could make payments, no longer can.
The way I was treated with the online sign up and in-store unacceptable I will never go to this app again it looks like a low budget furniture place anyway.
Should not be this hard to use Aarons or website.
If you are going to portray you can make payments, make everything easier. Then stick to your word. You can see your “EZ PAY” in the very beginning of opening Aarons . And some how just disappears off the screen and you can no longer find it. This company looks like more and more you get involved that it’s a joke.
Arron’s customer service will never answer your calls and if you leave a voice message it will hang up on you before you finish. Really bad service. Never will do business with them again. And they can kiss their merchandise goodbye. I won’t return it.
Hi. My name is Patricia and I have been with Aaron’s for a while now. I was enjoying the ease of making my payments and setting up extensions through Aarons . Up until a few days ago that’s no longer an option. It doesn’t show the need for an update so what happened?
Aarons is usually. It’s no reason to email another party about fixing Aarons so that people can pay and make it easy. That’s literally one the first things you put in when doing an app. Especially when you want them to pay thru it. Aarons is deleted ✌🏽
Literally ordered a washer dryer and went through the entire process and signed all documents through Docusign and waited over two weeks and not even a si glue phone call, email, or any communication from the store at all. They Just completely ignore you! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the history of CS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE Else!

I don’t have an issue with Aaron’s because I’ve bought three things so far and I’ve always got great customer service and the manager in store is amazing and so cool! But Aarons would be fine if it would stop logging me out everytime I want to use it! I have to keep logging back in everytime and it’s annoying. Fix that please!
Crashes way too much and the website is no better
Aarons is difficult to navigate. I tried to make a payment on Aarons and there was no way to make a payment.
Saturday I went into the Aaron’s on Stafford street. I am disabled. The sales lady showed me a washer and dryer set. I saw there were some dents on the washer. I said, oh, this is a scratch and dent set. She said, No, they are brand new, they just came off the truck this morning and were put on the floor. I was tired and didn’t examine the machine’s the way I should have. The machines were supposed to be delivered today at 3:00pm. 3:30 came and went, no delivery. They finally got here at 4:15. They set up the machines. As the guys were going out the door, they said, I don’t know if they told you or not, but we don’t supply dryer vents. Now, I have to get a dryer hose. My son was looking at the washer, and said, oh, I see this is used. There’s dry laundry detergent all over the inside of the washer. I took a picture, but can’t add it to this review.

I love the ease of Aarons I can track my payments track progress. And much more I’m giving 4 stars because I have to enter login information every time I open Aarons it would be Amazing to be able to use Face ID or remember my device for 30 days so I don’t have to enter this info every time I open Aarons . Other then that love Aarons
I absolutely love the Aaron’s app! I got my PS5 through Aaron’s and it’s been super convenient for tracking my lease progress, viewing my balance (like my current payoff around $700 after 6 payments), managing EZPay automatic payments, and getting reminders so I never miss a date. Everything is easy to access on my iPhone, and it’s helped me stay on top of things without hassle.
The only thing that would make it even better is adding an Apple Watch app or companion features! It would be awesome to glance at my wrist for quick updates on my remaining balance, payoff amount, next payment date, or lease status on the go. Please consider this – it would take Aarons to the next level for Apple users like me! Highly recommend Aarons overall – 5 stars!
I just love my Aaron’s, it’s a great place to shop. And the no worries payment option makes it’s easy to pay monthly. Not to mention the people that work there. They are so happy to help and they work with you to make it a great experience.
