Hi. Went to this app twice yesterday. Forgot to show app each time. The person helping didn’t ask either if I had it. There’s no way to add the visit on Wildflower afterwards. Panera has user friendly system which allows that

I have been ordering from the same location since I have had Wildflower. On two different occasions it changed it to another store. The stores are Indian Bend or Indian school so when I’m in a rush I’m not realizing that it’s not the right one so I go to the store and pick it up and the manager is rude saying that I ordered it from the wrong location. She says it with an attitude like it’s not a huge inconvenience that this ad to change the location for me. I have never picked up from the other store and I don’t know why it changes the location.

Wildflower defaults to a location far away from me even though I only order at one location. You can’t see the menu unless you start an order. If you don’t place the order immediately after selecting cart, the system times out and you have to start over. No notifications on order status. They say you can earn rewards, but after several orders there are none shown. There are so many examples of good ordering apps and this app should look at to improve theirs.

Not sure what the purpose really is unless you mobile order. There is no loyalty program built in and half the time if you try to pay using the feature built in, it crashes. It’s a shame because most places reward their customers and encourage them to keep coming back. I’m a happy returning customer because of the food and service but Wildflower misses the mark by quite a bit.

I come for my supposed “free birthday” reward of a piece of cake - and I only came today because of this, I have a very busy day. But I scan to supposedly get my free reward and instead you charge my credit card. You need to do away with Wildflower if it doesn’t work right or if you people have not been trained how to use it. I will never come back unless I see a refund in my card.

App said my food would be ready at 12:15 when I placed the order at 12:00. At 12:17 I arrive. At 12:20 I hear one employee say to another to put in my order. Wildflower never alerted me to my order being ready. All it does is take your money. Additionally I specifically customized my options to be vegan. The first food I am shown when placing a new order is meat filled sandwiches. What was the point?

Makes ordering ridiculously difficult. App tells me my selection of salad options isn’t valid, even though I didn’t select options. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this type of problem. Finally gave up and uninstalled. this app is a great chain of restaurants, but they need to start from scratch with online ordering.

The first order brought out wasn’t mine and then my order was incorrect. Unfortunately it was a pick up order so you don’t know until it’s too late.

Not sure why I have 2000 reward points, but no rewards as a result in over 6 months for these points—must be a flawed app?

It’s now been over a year+ with 2390 reward points and no rewards.

It is sometimes a slow process to pick up an order that has already been paid for. It would be nice if they had a place to just grab and go instead of waiting in line to pick up

Can’t order lemonade with kids meal? Lemonade is the #1 consumed child’s beverage. Why would it not be an option? When u choose fountain beverage but leave blank and do special instructions u can’t complete order. Please add lemonade button ASAP!

Overall Wildflower works well. They just started offering promotions but they don’t seem
to work easily at the store or on Wildflower when paying, they apply manually at the register. Also the biggest item to resolve is the ability to pay through Wildflower with a gift card. Please make this part of the next upgrade. Thank you-

When you go through the line to order, asking for a cup for water is easy. If you use the application to order from your table and want water before your food comes, good luck. The cashiers are swamped by the line, and it is difficult to get anyone else’s attention.
Great food and a growing, devoted clientele makes little things a problem sometimes.

I’d recommend Wildflower only because items are cheaper than when using Grubhub or DoorDash. Other than that. It’s more of the same.

I order stuff, food to go, home supplies, tools etc A LOT. When I encounter a site that makes things easy, I return frequently. Wildflower is equal to or better than the best ones I have used. It is so easy to alter your menu until it is what you want. Checkout is seamless as well. I am a fan of Wildflower and of course the food is always excellent.

Food is always fresh and generous. this app is our favorite go to place.

I love ordering from this this app! My work caters from there all the time and even if we ordered later than expected for our clients, they are always make a way to get it out very fast! The staff is so sweet and always ask about our day. Thank you for being so awesome and reliable!!

I really enjoy the salads and sandwiches at this app. Online ordering and curbside pickup is easy and quick. I order at least once or twice a week.
