App changes location

I have been ordering from the same location since I have had this app. On two different occasions it changed it to another store. The stores are Indian Bend or Indian school so when I’m in a rush I’m not realizing that it’s not the right one so I go to the store and pick it up and the manager is rude saying that I ordered it from the wrong location. She says it with an attitude like it’s not a huge inconvenience that this ad to change the location for me. I have never picked up from the other store and I don’t know why it changes the location.
Good food … terrible app

The app defaults to a location far away from me even though I only order at one location. You can’t see the menu unless you start an order. If you don’t place the order immediately after selecting cart, the system times out and you have to start over. No notifications on order status. They say you can earn rewards, but after several orders there are none shown. There are so many examples of good ordering apps and wildflower should look at to improve theirs.
What’s the Point?

Not sure what the purpose really is unless you mobile order. There is no loyalty program built in and half the time if you try to pay using the feature built in, it crashes. It’s a shame because most places reward their customers and encourage them to keep coming back. I’m a happy returning customer because of the food and service but this app misses the mark by quite a bit.
