I checked the reviews before downloading it and read some about how whenever they open WavePay they were redirected back to their phone’s home screen. I genuinely didn’t think of it through and downloaded it expecting a bit better. First thing first, they asked me which language I’d like to use so I tried to choose English but I couldn’t click anything and WavePay stayed there frozen. So I thought the problem might be my phone so I checked the other apps and my phone was completely fine. I tried clicking it again and i was redirected back to my home page without being even able to choose the language. I tried to restart my phone, tried to delete WavePay and downloaded it again. I did that about 3 times but there was no luck. I hope you can fix this.

This version got error in iOS 14.1 iPhone it’s said objectmapper failed to response when entering pin and logging in. Moreover it’s Saturday where to contact app developers . For this kind of financial applications should reliable when weekends or after banking hours!! Now I can’t use for my work , my expense , it’s cost some money incomes and inconveniences payment to others , or I can’t buy what’s daily needs .

So many restrictions to transfer money to bank account, many difficulties to upgrade wave account.
Wave is just a small dot in Myanmar where other financial services providers like KBZpay & CB Pay are speedily growing and moving forward.

Customer service said my account already upgraded on their side but not in my iPhone X, they said version must be 1.1.2 will work but newest version is 1.1.4. Asked me to log out and login again but the same. Can’t solve this problem

NO MORE WAVE PAY!
My account was lock and asking customer service to check it, they put me on hold for 8 minutes and hanged up. Again I tried calling second time 15 minutes on hold and no one is responding, I can’t tolerate anyone!! NO MORE WAVE PAY!!

WavePay was good until I topped up my mum’s phone!
18 August around 9am I topped up mum’s phone and she didn’t receive anything! If I don’t receive the top up until tonight, I won’t delete this review.

Most of the people who used WavePay are got scammed and WavePay server didn’t take any responsibility. Please remove WavePay. It will be a big help for 70% of Burmese People who don’t know how not to get scammed. Thank you.
