I was almost getting frustrated after 2 failed transactions but when I contacted them on telegram, I was told the reason for the failed transactions and given the solution as well. It worked perfectly well.

I had problems with someone else took all my money from my wallet its not really secure also no one there to help no chat no phone number only email. Emailed the support right away never anyone get back to me. Massage them on twitter same no one get back to me. If you value your time and money use different wallet.

No control over sorting the order of wallets by name or type. Many of the links in the dApp section open up in Chinese regardless of what language is chosen in BitgetWallet settings. The Buy menu also opens in Chinese currency even if USD is selected in app settings. Too many bugs like this in BitgetWallet make all of the best features unusable for English or USD.

The solana apps no longer will connect to the wallet through BitgetWallet . I’ve had to import the wallet to other web wallets to still use my funds. The polygon apps only connect for a minute and then it can’t load any of my balances. I’ve also been having issues with other chains and the apps saying I need to download the main chain token for that chain, even though I’ve already been using that and have that token. Idk what’s going on with this but it’s really obnoxious.

Look, I’ve used crypto apps with five stars and lost money. BitgetWallet, I contend, is really a wealth of tools and utilities and, as I believe, a relatively safe way to use a hot wallet/app. You must decide if the reviews are accurate or not. Based on my personal experience, I can say with fair confidence that BitgetWallet is worth using. You won’t lose your money however for you new folks out there, please get a cold wallet device or you will be wasting not just time but untold amounts of money. I wish you all prosperity and good luck (whatever luck really means).

I’ve been using decentralized multi-chain wallet for long and i can tell you that BitKeep offers somethings not available in most wallet. I love BitKeep because its user friendly and it blockchain compatibility is top notch. BitKeep supports Most of the blockchain. Great app

The bitkeep devs have really outdone themselves on this wallet. It has features many other mobile wallets lack, including a dapp explorer with filtering for coin and purpose. I’ve been using BitgetWallet on a daily basis and it completely suits my needs. Great work Bitkeep

I easily loose interest in Purchasing Some Tokens Whenever I See the Stress Of swapping Back and Forth From One Network to Another, Sometimes having to use Bridges and All… Buh with Bitkeep It Has Been Easy, I Only Just Started Using BitgetWallet In Just 1 week And I am Satisfied with the Interface.

I normally don’t use other exchanges order than the major ones but i find bitkeep easy to understand and use since someone introduced it to me, that makes me recommended it for some of my guys and they are finding it lovely with zero complain, keep it up guys, it’s really a nice app to use

This wallet has a major problem right now.
I transferred 100NULS from my staking wallet to Bitkeep this morning to spend some gas and restake.
The wallet says it takes 60min to transfer the coins but it wont actually witdraw at all. I dont know about other coins but They are holding onto my NULS.
I have contacted customer service via email.
I will update soon

It's all fake. After downloading, all steps did not have English. I don't know why the U.S. App Store would allow such unfriendly apps to go on shelves.
