How to fix Deliveroo Rider app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Deliveroo Rider app on iPhone
Update Deliveroo Rider app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Deliveroo Rider iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Deliveroo Rider on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Deliveroo Rider network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Deliveroo Rider not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Deliveroo Rider App
1. On android, goto Settings » Deliveroo Rider » click [Force Stop]

Update Deliveroo Rider to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Deliveroo Rider App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Deliveroo Rider » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Deliveroo Rider.

Fix Deliveroo Rider unable to contact server/ Deliveroo Rider internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Deliveroo Rider » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Deliveroo Rider » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Deliveroo Rider
