Visits are not showing on the app. Giving waitress checkin number but nothing shows up after paying bill. No help at the Foxboro restaurant.

To resolve 99 Restaurants network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the 99 Restaurants App
1. On android, goto Settings » 99 Restaurants » click [Force Stop]

Clear 99 Restaurants App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 99 Restaurants » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 99 Restaurants.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 99 Restaurants » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 99 Restaurants » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
