Have used 99 for many years and am very disappointed with it now. Called in an order last Saturday using the menu online. The two ceasar salads were unedible, the steak tips were just a steak,not tips. And the prices were twice what they were online. Should have been around 35 to 40 dollars and it ended up being 73 dollars. 99 has really hurt me. May not be back. Sorry.
Hit or Miss App

I downloaded this app approximately a year ago and had absolutely zero problems until my phone died one night about four months ago and I've not been able to get back on since. I tried changing the password uninstalling and reinstalling with zero luck but after talking with co workers and lots of our customers I found they encountered the same problem and have just given up which is to bad as they have great food and are conveniently located in the plaza I work which made ordering for multiple shifts ideal
Gluten Free?

Not possible to order gluten-free through the app, or to make any other allergen-based choices for that matter. Then tried to do so through the actual website on my laptop, couldn’t figure that out using the new website either. Ended up ordering takeout from a different restaurant, not sure if I’ll really order from the 99 that often anymore.
Non functional if you want to login to your account

If I attempt to reset my password, I get an error stating my email address is invalid. If I attempt to create a new account, I get a message stating one already exists with the email address provided. I get the same error if I try to do it via the website. Someone please fix this issue!
