99 Restaurants Reviews

I downloaded 99Restaurants approximately a year ago and had absolutely zero problems until my phone died one night about four months ago and I've not been able to get back on since. I tried changing the password uninstalling and reinstalling with zero luck but after talking with co workers and lots of our customers I found they encountered the same problem and have just given up which is to bad as they have great food and are conveniently located in the plaza I work which made ordering for multiple shifts ideal

If I attempt to reset my password, I get an error stating my email address is invalid. If I attempt to create a new account, I get a message stating one already exists with the email address provided. I get the same error if I try to do it via the website. Someone please fix this issue!

Can’t access my rewards on ordering. Have to continually start over if there are any changes My rewards are not showing on my wallet. We are probably going to another restaurant because of this terrible app

Open 99Restaurants and try to create an account or login with existing account. RESULT: popup message says “there was an error processing your request. Please try again later”. It’s been doing this all day. Are you kidding me???
The web app work fine. Don’t bother with 99Restaurants. It’s junk.

Latest update is a disaster. Let me look at the menu before making me start an order. Also the only thing good about the new design is the pictures. It is much harder to look at the menu once you get in.

Why can’t I use a gift card as a payment option? Why even sell them!

The previous app worked really well. The new version doesn’t seem very compatible to my iPhone. It was so much easier and user friendly before this new version. We’ve honestly decided to get other food on more than once occasion because of the switch

Not possible to order gluten-free through 99Restaurants , or to make any other allergen-based choices for that matter. Then tried to do so through the actual website on my laptop, couldn’t figure that out using the new website either. Ended up ordering takeout from a different restaurant, not sure if I’ll really order from the 99 that often anymore.

The other app worked so much better. You can't look at the menu without setting up an order. Its clumsy. Not as nice as the older version.

Many of the most popular items are not available on 99Restaurants or website. I’ve mentioned it to the restaurant manager several times. He’s heard it from many customers. App works great as long as what you want is on there. I usually end up calling or going elsewhere.

I find myself not using 99Restaurants because special ordering is sometimes a pain. On family meal deals with burgers, you can only order the burgers one way. We have three people in our household and we all eat our burgers differently temperature wise, cheese choice and toppings. It’s ridiculous when these are choices you have but only one person gets what they really want.

99Restaurants has a lot of potential to be great but it’s missing a lot of things. First of all, I can’t add a gift card to my curbside pickup. I also can’t leave any comments on my food order. There’s also no way to customize your food... you can’t take anything off. You can’t choose how you want your food cooked, which was a problem when I tried to order a burger. I think once the major issues are addressed, 99Restaurants will be great.

The AP had been working but since doing my Iphone 15 update. It now wont open? I have deleted the ap twice and reinstalled.

Opens to logo and just crashes

We dropped in for lunch yesterday so I went on line to register my order to get rewards credit but could not find anywhere to enter it so no rewards for just dropping in. Won’t do that again.

Should be 4 stars needs two things fixed to be 5 stars. Great that the entire menu is available. Problem 1 - when choosing curbside pickup at my location, CONFIRM IF ONLINE ORDERING IS AVAILABLE BEFORE I FILL IN THE ENTIRE ORDER. It’s very frustrating to enter the whole order then when I checkout it tells me that online ordering is currently not available. Problem 2 - there needs to be a place to add a note to a menu item.

99Restaurants was working fine on my Android phone. As of yesterday it stopping working and is giving me messages saying Ninety Nine keeps stopping. Is this a glitch or does it no longer work on Androids?
