I have a problem with QwikCut Access

- App freezes frequently

- Cannot favor film to make highlights on the app

- Poor customer service

- Playbook takes too long to appear

- Cannot zoom in while watching plays or get menu off screen

- No slow-motion available

- App stops playing film suddenly and needs to be reinstalled

- Shows a slash over the play triangle

- Shows a blank white screen when logging in

QwikCut app keeps closing as soon as I tap on it, and won't stop. How do I fix this?

To resolve QwikCut Access network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the QwikCut Access App
1. On android, goto Settings » QwikCut Access » click [Force Stop]

Clear QwikCut Access App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QwikCut Access » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QwikCut Access.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QwikCut Access » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QwikCut Access » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QwikCut Access
