Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PXL app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PXL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PXL app on iPhone
Update PXL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PXL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PXL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PXL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

PXL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PXL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PXL app issues:

Force Stop the PXL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PXL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PXL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PXL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PXL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PXL.

Fix PXL unable to contact server/ PXL internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PXL » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PXL » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PXL on android.
