Will stop working suddenly!

The is a a cool app when it’s working. After downloading it, it’s pretty user friendly but once you start playing film, it’ll just stop playing suddenly. I have to delete the app then install it to get it to work again. It continues to do the same thing. A slash will show over the play triangle.
