Just recently came to Poland because my parents live here. I’ve ordered quite a few things off Allegro (alegro?) and I always picked them up from the this app lockers because apparently here in Poland couriers prefer giving the package directly to the customer instead of leaving it on the doorstep and I don’t speak Polish so I just rather hop in my dad’s car and have him pick up my package from the locker instead of having awkward conversations with strangers whose language I don’t speak (both of my parents work here so I’m home alone most of the time). Downloaded InPost because it was recommended by this app in one of their emails only to find out that I not only can’t switch to English because the application is in polish but I can’t add an US or any other foreign phone number to sign up. That’s a deal breaker for me simply because I don’t speak Polish.
Despite the company charges for the shipping, they dare to display annoying advertisements with InPost.

InPost doesn’t let to add a US cell phone number so it’s useless if you don't have a local number.
Add the option to switch the language to English the application is good but I’m tired of switching between google translator and InPost

There are many thousand English speakers in Poland. Why, when other companies have English language versions of their apps, does this app persist in having a Polish-only app. Very short-sighted.
My parcel is stuck. The postomat doesn't work, the screen is turned off. I tried to open a cell through the application, but it didn't open, the application says that I received the parcel, but it's not, what should I do, how do I get the parcel?
So you guys added Ukrainian language in the application in a month after the war but didn’t care to put English language from last 2 years, ridiculous!
It’s another dumb app that doesn’t not supports English language. If you are receiving some post better be ready with another phone with google translate..! Poor company!!
While you can select English language option at the this app Box terminal when picking up the package, it’s strange the functionality was not included in InPost .
Users have been asking for an English option on InPost for YEARS because many of us do not speak Polish and your app is completely useless to us! If you cant manage to add English, can you please enable full functionality for all services on your website so those of us who can’t use InPost can enable Google Translate to use the website? this app would be really great, if I could actually use it, but I’m frequently forced to use competing services because I’m not able to purchase or print postage or extend my pickup window since you wont enable those services on your website. It is SO frustrating!
