Set up gets stuck. Writing for tech support wasn’t helpful, the reply could not be carried out unless you are already logged in and with the account set up. Finally 2 weeks later I was able to set up the account. Another 2-3 weeks have passed and I’m still waiting for approval to make transactions. Tech support does not reply. It has been more than a month trying to get App to work, if doesn’t work.

I used their service to pay for a rental car and it ended up been an scam luckily i pay with a credit card and i was able to get my $2500 back but i dont want anyone else to be in this hurdle. I am only hope apple takes this seriously.

Me dejaron enviar mis primeros 100 euros, después me robaron 200. El número telefónico da timbre y nadie contesta. Ni buzón de voz tiene. Les mandé 3 solicitudes online hace varios días y aún no me han contestado ninguna.

Lo siento por dejar este review, pero la app aun es muy prematura. A penas he podido registrarme, nunca me llega el sms de confirmación y si le doy atrás para verificar el número, me sale luego un error: duplicated. Me da la idea de que esta app está en modo de desarrollo. Han probado React Native?

Mas de tres días para que me llegaran los mensajes de confirmación con los códigos y encima ahora llevo una semana esperando por l aprobación para mis documentos y nada. Para nada recomendable esta aplicación.

La instale correctamente y no me da accesos me pone error y no ha Habido manera de entrar a mi cuenta ni hay un soporte de ayuda para resolver este problema si esto es el principio de la película no quiero ver el final .

Me registré ,mande mi documentación y todavía después de varios dias no me acaban de aprobar para hacer transacciones,decían que dentro de 24 a 48 horas daban la aprobación,mande un correo y no te lo responden,AIS remesas te responde los correos y te aprueban la documentación en 3 dias.

No está configurada de manera que sea fácil de usar es muy aparatosa y te exige muchas maneras de comprobar tu identidad y aún así trate de registrarme y no fue posible . Técnicamente no funciona bien. Muy mala impresión .

This application is not user friendly. It should be easy to add recipients phone numbers to the application. Yes, I made my transactions but what a long way to accomplish something that others apps can get done in a fraction of the time. Why should I have to use Revolusend to start my transaction and then at the end scan a QR code thru my Revolupay app to finish the payment. I used it and I am waiting to see how long it takes for the money to be deposited on my recipient's MLC card in Cuba, whether I use it again is something that remains to be seen, I hope is competitive but if I am going to save a couple of dollars and I am not even sure about that, but have to go thru this long way to transfer money it is not worthy, I probably keep using my favorite website that I use which it is easy and fast co complete same transaction. Thank yoy.
