Useless when you can’t use your email address and unwilling to help
I was able to sign up on the website but never received a confirmation. Support told me that I have to setup a new email account just to use their product even though I use my very email address since over 10 years with hundreds of other products. Instead of going the easy way you might get a bit above or the extra mile and send the confirmation email manually if your system can’t handle an email address that starts with info.

Have To Sign In Every Time!
Since this is an app, not just a webpage that I am bookmarking, why will the sign in not stick? This is the only app on my phone that I have to sign into every single time I open it. And I have a lot of apps on my phone. So the ability to not have to sign in every time is obviously pretty easy for an app developer to do.

Exactly what I wanted!
This is perfect! Watching the FPU lessons on my phone is great for easy reference, or easily keeping up with my class. Helps me stay connected with FPU and refresh even when class is over!

Annoying.
FinancialPeace never lets you advance to the next step. I set my goal to 15% investing for retirement, I update it to 15% but never advances me to baby step 5. There’s no point in FinancialPeace, it should just be part of every dollar.

Was excited until I downloaded the app
FinancialPeace works GREAT to enter your debit card and process payment for the course. Once installed, it won’t progress past the “enter your debt” section. Flat out disappointed. ⭐️

Could be 5 Stars
In all honesty I would say this is a 5 star app, however, I feel the 5th star is for those who are completely and utterly satisfied with FinancialPeace and there is nothing that could be better. I would like to see the implementation of the Picture in Picture mode that can be used (video plays on main screen so you can listen and watch while doing other things) apple introduced it in their latest big update and android has had it for a while. All in all the video content is good and insightful, the steps and information has helped me out a lot!

Can’t get past Baby Step 4
I put 15% into baby step 4 and FinancialPeace isn’t updating me to step 5 or 6. Can’t figure out what to do next.

Buggy Incorrect Re-certifications
Every time I “re-take” the “Where are you quiz” it incorrectly certifies my baby step.

Can’t use app between devices
Should be more seamless and easy to use between my phone app and iPad. I can’t log in to one without starting everything over. My username should bring up the same dashboard without having to do a new budget. Fix this!
