It’s useless app
I cannot use DubaiHealth . It keeps crashing and never opens, even for a second. I did everything(got support from apple), delete/reinstall DubaiHealth , restart phone, restore phone and finally I purchased a new iphone but again : I cannot open it…
After logging in with UAE pass, attempting to book an appointment gives an error and the form does not load. There is no work around and I’m forced to wait until this is fixed.
If you tap on ‘book covid vaccine’ nothing happens. Then if you go to get a walk in appointment they tell you to go home and use DubaiHealth to make an appointment. Yet DubaiHealth is broken... This is a bug that could literally result in more people dying.
التطبيق فيه وايد مشاكل و ماي يعرفون يحلون المشكلة أنا مب قادره استخدم التطبيق و في مراكزهم يقولون ما يصير عندنا لازم فقط من التطبيق يعني مااعرف شو اقول 👎🏼

Is there any ways to update the system it requires higher ios version what will happened if you cannot afford to buy new mobile you will not be able to access the dha? It is not a user friendly
The worst app I ever used. Not friendly use at all. A lot of information need to upload to enter DubaiHealth . DHA should have better app than this I will give you zero rating for this
Every time I click on register new user, I type my details, then click on send code to email..
When I type the code from my email, I get an error every single time..!!
This is a serious problem when you are a health app and I’m a registered patient trying to access my medical documents..
What a disappointment..!
