I have recently activated card and downloaded Pluxee app after scanning QR code. When i try to enter my email id, its oming as email id not linked. plesae helpme
The app has not been working for a while, since everything changed from Sodexo to Pluxee. I am unable to login. The login screen tells me to update and change my password, and I do. But then it just keeps giving me the same message with the new password. The app is useless, and in the website on the computer I go to check balance, and I get a message that the site is blocked. The entire application and website is useless and now I have no way to check the balance.
