The selfie feature always hangs. I get the first two selfies and the third one will never take the picture. I have tried at least 5 times in all different types of light. Unable to get approved.
The first couple times I got IDnowAutoIdent to submit the needed info but it keeps saying my state issued ID is not support and I need a passport later in an email. In the United States it is costly to purchase one so there is a large portion of people that do not have one. Needs to be changed so we can use out state issues IDs
The selfie feature hangs up will not work as advertised
Selfie scan does not work, I tried it for over 30 minutes
Never had an issue with any I’d software, this software didn’t like state license, didn’t like US passport, then wouldn’t take selfie pic… sent them an email and they said, not my problem.. I think a company such as Mercedes’ could use a higher quality company..
I don’t know how IDnowAutoIdent has more than one star. Worst, most frustrating app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Scanner straight doesn’t work, even after 15+ attempts. Don’t download if you can help it
First two times trying to sign up the drivers license scanned fine but then it would never process the selfie. After an update I tried again and now it wont even scan the drivers license anymore.
We got e103 error. Waited days for customer service. No answer. IDnowAutoIdent makes other companies look bad too they with with them.
I recently downloaded the update and the selfie still doesn’t work on IDnowAutoIdent. It is the worst app I ever used in iTunes.
Scanner doesn’t work. I have the document and it won’t scan
Slow recognition. Needs faster set up and auto picture of Id.
Only works with US passport and not any other form of US identification.
Extremely difficult to use
Even though it says everything is verified it doesn’t go through and you have to do the process several times. And no phone number to call and email is very very slow response
Everyone does not have a passport and may not want one. The Drivers License should be used in all countries for identification , thank you in advance for your help.
Practical but had to do and redo as the last scan took so long. But in the end got it done
If you live outside of Europe, you need to use your passport. Is the US and Canada, this is the only document that will provide success when taking your selfie.
