Hi,
The selfie feature always hangs. I get the first two selfies and the third one will never take the picture. I have tried at least 5 times in all different types of light. Unable to get approved.
The first couple times I got the app to submit the needed info but it keeps saying my state issued ID is not support and I need a passport later in an email. In the United States it is costly to purchase one so there is a large portion of people that do not have one. Needs to be changed so we can use out state issues IDs
Hardest software to use

Never had an issue with any I’d software, this software didn’t like state license, didn’t like US passport, then wouldn’t take selfie pic… sent them an email and they said, not my problem.. I think a company such as Mercedes’ could use a higher quality company..
App is useless

I don’t know how this app has more than one star. Worst, most frustrating app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Scanner straight doesn’t work, even after 15+ attempts. Don’t download if you can help it
