Hi , I've been logout from my business revolut app and not possible to log in as message keep coming up " Sorry, we had to log you out due to security reasons " I tried many times but unfortunately same message coming each time Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP Many thanks Capriz cafe Ltd

How to fix Revolut Business app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Revolut Business app on iPhone
Update Revolut Business app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Revolut Business iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Revolut Business on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Revolut Business network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Revolut Business Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Revolut Business not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Revolut Business App
1. On android, goto Settings » Revolut Business » click [Force Stop]

Update Revolut Business to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Revolut Business App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Revolut Business » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Revolut Business.

Fix Revolut Business unable to contact server/ Revolut Business internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Revolut Business » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Revolut Business » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
