Run run run

Please check out their Twitter page of the amount of users who have had issues with this so-called bank closing their accounts. I can’t believe I even suggested for people to download this app lol. Run run run or else you are going to be hungry like me looking for your next meal because a horrible financial institution that outsource his customer service. I didn’t have any issues until recently when I inquired about missing funds. I came across the Twitter page and I saw that so many people had the same issue and was locked out of their accounts for six months to a year. Run run run! The made me pay €75 for a metal card and the same services thats offered with their free service. It is the same customer support nothing priority about it and you don’t actually get all the other things that it says it is included.

Absolute incompetence

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This company was “unable to verify my identity” for my sole proprietorship even though I provided both my passport and my SSN. The on boarding process was confusing and while the customer service agent was polite, he was clueless as to how his own process worked and kept directing me to look for links/buttons that didn’t exist. I wasted two hours trying patiently to provide the requested information to no avail. If this company can’t get their own on boarding/ customer identification process to work I wouldn’t trust them with my money. I ultimately cancelled my application and took my business elsewhere. I recommend you don’t wait your time.

A new business will be denied and day response times

With a normal bank when you’re a new business you can open up a bank account with proof of incorporation, EIN or social. With Revolut they literally want invoices and bills from previous months before you open up your first business Revolut account. You seeing the issue here? As a brand new business that is starting out how can you give them bills and previous invoices if you are just starting as a new business. Well you can’t because you are starting a business account with Revolut so you can invoice and pay bills. And there is the issue. I wish they had on their website that if you are a new business you won’t be able to use them. Even if you have all of the right documentation. It also takes them a day to get back and they have generic responses which makes it even more frustrating. Over all an extremely unprofessional company.
