Please check out their Twitter page of the amount of users who have had issues with this so-called bank closing their accounts. I can’t believe I even suggested for people to download RevolutBusiness lol. Run run run or else you are going to be hungry like me looking for your next meal because a horrible financial institution that outsource his customer service. I didn’t have any issues until recently when I inquired about missing funds. I came across the Twitter page and I saw that so many people had the same issue and was locked out of their accounts for six months to a year.
Run run run!

The made me pay €75 for a metal card and the same services thats offered with their free service. It is the same customer support nothing priority about it and you don’t actually get all the other things that it says it is included.

I had some initial problems with the approval process, but once sorted it has been great. You feel that a software company made a bank and not the reverse. The only disappointment has been relatively high fees to make international payments with the card. All else is both price and performance excellent. If you like Wise, you will also like this.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This company was “unable to verify my identity” for my sole proprietorship even though I provided both my passport and my SSN. The on boarding process was confusing and while the customer service agent was polite, he was clueless as to how his own process worked and kept directing me to look for links/buttons that didn’t exist. I wasted two hours trying patiently to provide the requested information to no avail. If this company can’t get their own on boarding/ customer identification process to work I wouldn’t trust them with my money. I ultimately cancelled my application and took my business elsewhere. I recommend you don’t wait your time.

I can begin to express my gratitude for how seamless they make business banking and the customer service is phenomenal. Thank you so much for your financial services as they take off a huge load of stress for us business owners.

With a normal bank when you’re a new business you can open up a bank account with proof of incorporation, EIN or social. With Revolut they literally want invoices and bills from previous months before you open up your first business Revolut account.

You seeing the issue here?

As a brand new business that is starting out how can you give them bills and previous invoices if you are just starting as a new business. Well you can’t because you are starting a business account with Revolut so you can invoice and pay bills. And there is the issue.

I wish they had on their website that if you are a new business you won’t be able to use them. Even if you have all of the right documentation.

It also takes them a day to get back and they have generic responses which makes it even more frustrating. Over all an extremely unprofessional company.

Would give 5 if it had all the possibilities RevolutBusiness gives me on my private account, but still is probably the best Fintech app out there at the moment. Please add top up payments and counter party registration to RevolutBusiness ! Also labels for the cards would be helpful they are not displayed in the card section and I don’t know which are which.

I am glad there are more features, but why bury the account info?

Great business bank account. Easy to use. No need to go into a branch.

They should lay off and replace every member of customer service at this bank. How these people are in business still is beyond me. Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of business.

It’s impossible to create account, and I’ve waited almost 3 weeks, send tons of documents and only thing you will hear “we need to wait for the response from relevant team”.
It’s a joke.

Premium? No, thanks. Before anyone signs for premium... think twice and read on. I was a big fan and promoter of Revolut since the very begining, signing up many friends. After moving to another conutry i chose the premium service and black account, which worked fine till i went on a trip... leaving for 800 km long trip i took with me my revo black card to be used as primary one. I charged it as needed. Worked fine on day 1 and 2, on day 3 my balance went low and i recharged from another card... and it happened. Account got charged and locked and i was instructed to chat. Getting support took almost AN HOUR. And they could do nothing, just offered a number of excuses. Account with all money was blocked and i was left in the middle of Italy, some 400 km from home. Support was incompetent, not wishing to resolve the thing immediately, but instructing to check it in a couple of days. Now, 2 days after i am still without my funds that i placed to revolut account... waiting. If i hadn’t got a backup card ... i would stay in foreign country without any money due to “sophiaticated security system” and priority black account support. My money is practically stolen and no one cared. Shame... so unless you want to experience an immediate fund shortage... i advise to check n26, monese or any other providers, that care for customers even without charging them almost 15 euros a month for a service, that is later not preforming!

This is such a bare bone version. You can’t see the balance of your business account (just the balance on your card which is not related), you can’t make a wire transfer neither. Pretty useless. I’m considering shutting down my business account with revolut. Not worth the money.

Terrible company that randomly freezes accounts and offers scam cryptocurrency trading where you can neither deposit nor withdraw.
