Hello, I paid $19.99 for a monthly subscription. I’m in the middle of my reading and is saying that I need more coins/ coupons in order to continue reading. Why I can’t continue reading if I have a subscription? Can you please clarify this? Thank you!

How to fix Manobook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Manobook app on iPhone
Update Manobook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Manobook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Manobook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Manobook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Manobook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Manobook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Manobook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Manobook » click [Force Stop]

Update Manobook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Manobook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Manobook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Manobook.

Fix Manobook unable to contact server/ Manobook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Manobook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Manobook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Manobook
