Roadie Driver Status

Delivery gigs will disappear off the screen, intermittently and then reappear… Also long waits for kegs to be approved more than 15 minutes sometimes a half hour and then you just have to cancel the trip…

This app seems to disconnect from the server and freeze constantly. There are days when it literally works due 30 seconds, then freezes for 5, 10, 15 minutes. On and off, every single day. I've never seen a worse functioning app.

Inquiring as to why I am locked out of my account.

I haven't been able to receive my payment, it has been more than a month and they haven't send me my payment yet, the date on the automatic deposit keeps changing and I'm not able to get my money. I have contacted customer service too many times and they basically doesn't know what to do. I will sue this company!

Ever since I signed up and approved the app works 10% of the time. It just cycles bad to user name and password screen I've and over or the R has a little animation and stays stuck there. How can anyone work with these issues? It's a UPS company this shouldn't happen.

When I provide email and pass my app crash me and I cant sing in, only at the evenings. At the evenings it work, I can sing in

My Roadie Driving app gets stuck after I take a pic of the pick up. It gets stuck on the submitting screen. When I deliver, it gets stuck after I press complete pick up. I have to contact support on pickup and delivery for them them clear the app. It's frustrating. On the chat with support the pic takes forever or doesn't load, and sometimes the chat is lost because the app crashes. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and the problem still persists. It's a new problem, maybe due to an update. Running Android 10

I am having a major issue and I'm not really happy my app is not working when I call you guys and customer service you're not answering it says you can press two and you'll call me back and you don't it says for a minute on hold and I'm on for an hour and nothing I did a delivery for a prescriptions to this afternoon 12 of them I completed it and I'm still waiting on my money I want my money on and in my account it's under my name j a i m e just like in my email anyhow my last name is c a s t a n e d a and telephone number 206-308-1138 that's my first issue and when I go into the app I already explained about the calling when I go in the app and it's like frozen it won't do nothing it just keeps saying you need to update it before you can move on I tried to update it and it just spins it doesn't do absolutely nothing so now I just deactivate but uninstalled it and now I'm trying to reinstall it and again it's just spinning so I need some assistance cuz yeah you guys might have processed the payment but I can't do my instant pay without logging into the app so I need you guys' help I'm not going to say here waiting anymore I've already done my gigs I expect my payment so somebody gave me a call back immediately I would definitely appreciate that I can't even call you guys thank you

My automatic payment did not process neither did my instant pay process which were for two separate amounts as of July 5th 2012…also I haven’t been able to work the app since July 6
