How to fix Luko app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Luko app on iPhone
Update Luko app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Luko iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Luko on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Luko network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Luko app issues:

Force Stop the Luko App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Luko app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Luko to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Luko App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Luko app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Luko.

Fix Luko unable to contact server/ Luko internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Luko » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Luko » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Luko on android.
