before i start on the title, the fees to send coins compared to ever coinbase are ridiculous. i lost a good amount of my btc in one transaction.
i have never had the opportunity to earn rewards, which was a big reason why i made the account. i have emailed and done everything the support has asked me to close my account. 2 months later, and they still will not do it.
READ THE REVIEWS. 5 star and 1 star reviews are comparable in amount.

I downloaded by a friends suggestion, After inputting all their required information I immediately seen where I couldn’t connect a CC or account! My buddy screen shot his where it had it (he said maybe it was the wrong app, I checked- sent him Bitrue and confirmed it was the same one) right next to withdrawal and deposit!!! I reached out without any feedback, i tinkered with it a few days more until I finally had enough, lost faith whatever! And deleted account(which took some searching). I never allowed notifications on news feeds, updates etc, yet I keep getting 2-4 daily! There is nowhere on the email to unsubscribe either! I sent a reply requesting to be removed! It’s been 2 days and still getting them, we’ll see if they stop.

Try webull before this they approved me within 10 mins. I’ve been waiting for approval 4 weeks now and it’s nobody to speak to about approving your credentials. I transferred crypto to here and can’t get my money out because you have to be approved to withdraw but not to add money. I’m waiting to get approved to get my money out and close the account. Just try a better app who cares about their users THIS ONE IS NOT IT!!
Update it’s been over a month now and I finally transferred money out but it never got to the place I sent it. I just want to know how to close my information DO NOT USE Bitrue

Hello. I have used Bitrue since 2019. I believed in the company and didn’t have any problems until I held Sologenic tokens on my account on their exchange for a December 24,2021 snapshot to receive approximately 1.2 x additional sologenic coins. The coins were distributed on January 20, 2022 and I have reached out daily and have created several service tickets and still this app refuses to release my property to me. I have been a loyal customer until now, bringing lots of referrals and additional users and investors. Please beware and don’t do business with thieves and robbers.

I downloaded this app to buy XDC and the first few times I sent XRP from my wallet to this app everything was fine. But then like the 4th time my XRP never got there. And yes, I used the correct address and tag. It took like 10 emails and a week before anyone responded and then another 10 days to get resolved. So I wanted to buy more XDC today and the same thing has happened. I used the correct address and tag. Not looking forward to dealing with them again. They also deleted my last review somehow.

I refuse to send any money until I’m KYC verified. Submitted all paperwork a week ago and nothing. I own my house and my license / utility bill all match same address so I don’t understand the delay. The website says 3 business days to process but it’s been a week. If customer service is this slow, I would hate to see people having money issues and not getting any support. I will pass on using Bitrue. Uphold has much better customer support.

I have been trying to access my account for 4 months now. I made the mistake of disabling my account when I pushed the wrong button on Bitrue . Since then I have tried to answer the challenge questions. NOTHING has worked. The support staff at this app has sent me the same exact process on how to unlock my account and it will not unlock. Extremely frustrated with this entire experience.

Bitrue is not user friendly. The best thing Bitrue has to offer is that it trades less popular cryptos.
I haven’t found a way to upload funds directly, I’ve always had to withdraw money from bank to Coinbase, buy Bitcoin and then send the Bitcoin to my this app wallet, sell my Bitcoin or use Bitcoin to buy the cryptos I want to trade

If they could have your purchase price on every crypto, as well as your average purchase price then you can finally see what your losses and gains are actually at.

If they could also make it more user friendly and copy Coinbase a little bit (legally) as far as ease of access then Bitrue would be a 5 star easy.

I loved this app and was a regular trader on their platform until my Google Auntheticator locked me out and now all my funds are stuck on the exchange with no way to withdraw. Please get rid of the Google Auth! We have SMS and Email verification, Google is no good!!

Honestly I’m not a huge fan of exchange apps. Even comparing this app to coinbase, I enjoy the transparency. The graphs are live and on point. Most importantly I feel secure enough to leave some, not all of my investments here. Oh and if your not a power piggy user then your missing out!

This is the best exchange I’ve used for crypto trading in my career. But the latest update messed up a perfectly good asset page. Now there is no way to see how much your individual coins are worth. And spot and earn separation is very wacky, not sure the purpose of it. Please go back to previous version assets page. You can have a new page to show piggy bank earnings. But the most important page is now gone, we need to see how much we have of each coin and how much portfolio of each coin is worth is no where to be found. I was very happy with the old version and your exchange platform…hope you can fix this

This is a great app for beginners and for checking the markets while you're on the move. I prefer to use the desktop app to setup trades but this mobile version is still very good compares to others I've used.

This is the best app I have ever used! So easy to use, and no struggle during verification unlike other apps! I recommend Bitrue to anyone in Kenya!the only problem is that they have not missed with any bank.

This exchange has been great so far. The team is very active on social media’s and even tip people with XRP. Power Piggy is a great feature to earn from 7.3%-10% ROI. Even with the hack mishap, they refunded any account holder that was affected. Can’t say enough good things about this exchange.

I switched to this app after binance split into binance US and some of my coins were no longer supported. I setup everything on my desktop including multiple 2FA and have had no issues so far. Feels like a young binance.
Newbies beware, this is an exchange and not a giant corporation like coinbase. It will grow and so will it’s support if we believe in it. For now, I use a trusted on-ramp like Coinbase for USD>ETH then transfer ETH to my this app deposit address, while ALWAYS doubling checking my wallet address. Know your stuff and don’t be stupid, you’re your own bank with crypto. If you live in the US note that this exchange is based in Singapore, so you might expect some hiccups if you try to use your debit card to directly buy funds...just saying. Also, use your secure on-ramp to off load your profits people
The flip side is that this exchange has TONS of cool random pairs, and power piggy is an awesome way to passively stack coin.
All the bad reviews about this app are from people who don’t know their crypto stuff or are complaints about old issues that have been resolved. I was scared when HOT pairs disappeared, it was server maintenance and back online 12 hours later.

I’m constantly surprised why this exchange isn’t rated higher. As easy to use as any other exchange that offers the same amount of options.

Fantastic selection of coins (for an exchange open to USA customers). Has interest earning options. Built in DEFI. Native token offers wonderful perks. Still trades XRP!!

Only complaint is the UI isn’t pretty.

Please upgrade the widget functionality so that we can see the crypto, which we marked as Favorite, in the widget. Whether to upgrade the existing one, for example 5x5 to be able to show only the favourites, or create a new one exclusively for favourites. Also, it would be great to have a widget which shows our portfolio, not sure could there be some security/privacy issues regarding that type of widget, just a thought. Thank you! Otherwise, Bitrue is great. I especially like the Lite version.

I have sent over 6 emails to this company , my BTC withdrawal has been FROZEN for some time now. Not only have I sent emails, but NO ONE HAS EVEN REACHED BACK TO ME. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, GO TO COINBASE, at least they reach back too you.

Borderline scam app. Excessive fees, fake referral bonuses that never get paid out. Poor design. Go for one do the better known exchanges.

The whole site can’t be trusted. I would not consider myself inexperienced crypto exchanges. I put coins into their exchange and vaporized. I corresponded you no avail Gsve them the translation ID, the amount ,date , time and the actual ledger transaction . I want my money back!

Giveaway was working fine until day of redeeming tickets and the apps is not working... (scam)

It’s very easy to open account and buy crypto once you’ve enough assets it’ will be big trouble to get money back it’s literally worst platform I ever use for crypto. Be careful with your money, I had lost huge money on this platform they put on hold never give back .

I just signed up and tried to send some xrp to my account. Made sure everything was correct before sending and if you ever sent xrp you know how fast it is. I checked Bitrue not even a minute later and nothing. No transaction history or anything. Xrp just gone in the wind smh. Bitrue was recommended to me to buy some xdc but idk now. Who can I get in contact with ASAP?!

App has been super laggy and buggy after the last update on iOS. She’s one percentage in one place and a completely different percentage in another. Doesn’t give me confidence to make any trades on here.

Best customer service in my humble opinion.

Great app and exchange. Nice having a base exchange for XRP. And One of the only ways in the U.S. to get into VET as well. Great staking interest rates as well.

The exchange itself is very easy to read night and day mode. Plenty of options for chart maniacs or they can be off. They have many unique programs such as piggy bank, giveaways, etc to make it fun.
