It's been more than 2 years since I lost my BTC because it was sent to a BCH address within my Bitrue profile/account. Unfortun... Show more ately, i'm NOT the owner of the BCH address, Bitrue is. But, for some odd reason they won't credit my lost BTC or reverse the transaction. I've been KYCd on their platform and provide sufficient information that shows i'm sole owner of the BTC that was inadvertently sent to them. I contacted support as frequently as possible (as suggested by them), but their reply are always the same. They mentioned that the BCH recovery functioned isn't supported at the moment, and "if" one day they are able to help recovery the lost BTC, it'll be announced. So, what do they mean by saying "If" one day? They know the crypto asset belongs to me. Just give me back my property and i'll leave you alone forever.
