Get Pricing Info for BITRUEIt's been more than 2 years since I lost my BTC because it was sent to a BCH address within my Bitrue profile/account. Unfortunately, i'm NOT the owner of the BCH address, Bitrue is. But, for some odd reason they won't credit my lost BTC or reverse the transaction. I've been KYCd on their platform and provide sufficient information that shows i'm sole owner of the BTC that was inadvertently sent to them. I contacted support as frequently as possible (as suggested by them), but their reply are always the same. They mentioned that the BCH recovery functioned isn't supported at the moment, and "if" one day they are able to help recovery the lost BTC, it'll be announced. So, what do they mean by saying "If" one day? They know the crypto asset belongs to me. Just give me back my property and i'll leave you alone forever.
Same thing is happening with me at the moment. I’ve used their exchange with no issues until now. I tried transferring 50k tokens of Casper into my Walmart at Bitrue and the money isn’t there yet the block says confirmed. Can we start a class action lawsuit against Bitrue?

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. There’s no way for you to speak to a live person, the responses you get back from them are all automated and are no help. I have tried a dozen times to contact Bitrue and speak to a live person but no attempt. I cannot log into my account due to getting a new phone number.

I tried to send XLM from my Coinbase wallet into Bitrue but my coins are lost in translation. After reading the other reviews, it looks like multiple other people have encountered the same problem. I will be actively advising people and posting on social media and blogs to stay away from this exchange.

I downloaded by a friends suggestion, After inputting all their required information I immediately seen where I couldn’t connect a CC or account! My buddy screen shot his where it had it (he said maybe it was the wrong app, I checked- sent him the app and confirmed it was the same one) right next to withdrawal and deposit!!! I reached out without any feedback, i tinkered with it a few days more until I finally had enough, lost faith whatever! And deleted account(which took some searching). I never allowed notifications on news feeds, updates etc, yet I keep getting 2-4 daily! There is nowhere on the email to unsubscribe either! I sent a reply requesting to be removed! It’s been 2 days and still getting them, we’ll see if they stop.

Try webull before this they approved me within 10 mins. I’ve been waiting for approval 4 weeks now and it’s nobody to speak to about approving your credentials. I transferred crypto to here and can’t get my money out because you have to be approved to withdraw but not to add money. I’m waiting to get approved to get my money out and close the account. Just try a better app who cares about their users THIS ONE IS NOT IT!!
Update it’s been over a month now and I finally transferred money out but it never got to the place I sent it. I just want to know how to close my information DO NOT USE THIS APP

I believed in the company and didn’t have any problems until I held Sologenic tokens on my account on their exchange for a December 24,2021 snapshot to receive approximately 1.2 x additional sologenic coins.
