Paris Baguette recently revamped their app and added something called “challenges”, where the customer has to buy something 3x within a month. They then promise to reward you with more points for completing the challenge. In my experience, the first two times, the purchases posted to my rewards account. The third time, the purchase did not post to my account, even though I successfully received a digital copy of my invoice, indicating that the system registered I had visited. I followed up with PB customer service. They posted the purchase to my account but did not mark the challenge as completed. I followed up again multiple times over the course of a week and never got a response. Don’t bother with the challenges - they’re a false incentive to buy more.
