App doesn’t allow you to earn rewards when you redeem a free pastry in a large purchase. I purchased 7 items while using ParisBaguette to redeem the pastry, app took off for the free pastry but I didn’t earn points on my other purchases. Staff clueless on how to make it right. What the hell, Paris needs to spend some time training the staff on how to use ParisBaguette properly!

Before ParisBaguette updated, I only needed 30 more points to get the reward(50 in total). Now I need 55 more, what a joke! I always bought cakes for my family (15/year) for their birthdays here, and after each cake purchase plus some other stuff, I got one free pastry ( my daughter loves their strawberry croissant). Now I need 2 cakes purchased to get the reward. What a shame! I’ve tried all the cakes they have. Now it’s time to switch to other bakeries.

Downloaded ParisBaguette and couldn’t not for the life of me create an account. It sat on loading and would time out over and over. After a couple of hours trying, finally had success only for ParisBaguette now to not recognize my log in information. Have tried to reset my password a few times with it telling me I’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset my password and after hours upon hours of waiting I still have yet to receive one.

I never go to Paris Baguette. I’ve only been there once so I’m not sure if ParisBaguette is really worth the trouble anymore. It’s just a waste of space. I thought it may encourage me to go since I recently was gifted a dessert from there that I absolutely loved, but this rewards app is complete garbage, frustrating, and not worth the time and effort anymore.

With the new update, naturally I had to log in again. But every time I tried, ParisBaguette kept crashing. I even deleted ParisBaguette and reloaded it, and also tried turning my phone off and on again. Even reset my password. Nope keeps crashing every time!

What’s the point in redoing your app if it’s worse than before?

I don’t know what happened but it seems ParisBaguette updated and logged me out. Ever since then I can’t log in. ParisBaguette crashes every time I tried. I even went to the website to try and log in but that was buggy too. For the first time I wanted to go use my birthday reward and I can’t access it. Makes me so sad cause I love Paris Baguette. But ParisBaguette ruined the experience.

I was very excited to redeem my birthday reward today, I saw that there was an update and updated ParisBaguette before going in. When I re opened ParisBaguette I was logged out and couldn’t log back in. When I tired to go the lost password option I never got an email. And had to make another account. Lost all my points and the reward.

Every time I’ve tried to sign in to the new app, it crashes after I hit sign in. I received an email saying try the new app, but since I can’t even sign into it, I don’t have high hopes for the “new app.” I’m using an iPhone 12, iOS 15.0.2 with the latest app update. I also reset my password to see if that was the problem. It was not.

In recent months, I was not able to order via ParisBaguette as it crash everytime I tried to submit and pay in ParisBaguette . So I uninstalled and then reinstall ParisBaguette and now it crash when I try to login!

Then I click the support link in Apple Store and guess what? It brought me to "Page Not Found" !?

I barely opened a so called reward account then actually tried more than 20 plus times to place a order in ParisBaguette ahead for pick up within 24 hours or maybe little less an all the dang app does is spin after you put name date an time no menu shows up an it also does the same dang thing if you try to do it thru a web browser pull up the site you can get a menu but not add items to cart an checkout how lame an unfunctional does it need to be this really Defeats the purpose of having a app or rewards program it also should Not Matter if the order being placed is for the same day or couple days ahead or further out or the time the order is being placed ie during opening hours or closed hours either way the locations would still get the order and put it together
Totally Stinks ParisBaguette also makes me not want to go to Paris Baguette
OneDine order app website doesn’t work an is useless

Paris Baguette recently revamped their app and added something called “challenges”, where the customer has to buy something 3x within a month. They then promise to reward you with more points for completing the challenge. In my experience, the first two times, the purchases posted to my rewards account. The third time, the purchase did not post to my account, even though I successfully received a digital copy of my invoice, indicating that the system registered I had visited. I followed up with PB customer service. They posted the purchase to my account but did not mark the challenge as completed. I followed up again multiple times over the course of a week and never got a response. Don’t bother with the challenges - they’re a false incentive to buy more.

I’m in NYC with several locations not too far. ParisBaguette recognizes my building address but I can’t add my apartment number. When I add the number, it doesn’t recognize the address. When I try to edit the address, it says that the order will get erased and I have to start over. I tried to order on the website, same problem. The profile stores credit card information but not address and can’t use rewards. Slow and glitchy. Overall, sloppy.

Seems like a great idea until you try to use ParisBaguette . (1) I can’t select any locations on the East Coast as a favorite. I can only select California stores. (2) The inbox and account history features show an error message that I’m offline and to check my connection although my phone is working fine with cell data & wifi for all other apps. (3) I don’t see any of the points that I’ve accrued. And I see no promotions. Considering it thinks I’m offline, this seems related. Hope that these issues get resolved quickly!

I love Paris Baguette but their rules for earning and expiration of points are too aggressive! I go to PB 1-3 times in a week and buy quite a bit but I have been unable to earn anything yet. There are two reason. One, to my chagrin the points expire very quickly. I think they expire in less than a week. That's not fair at all. Secondly, they do not give points right away. They take an hour or so before they are credited. Many times I could have earned a reward but didn't because they credited points after I left the store. Paris Baguette, your stores, products, and staff are classy but your rewards are not! I have stopped using ParisBaguette .

I purchase many goods from Paris Baguette, but ParisBaguette proves to be useless each time. First of all, many locations don’t even have a scanner to scan your barcode so that you can redeem points. While they do print out a physical receipt for you with the barcode on it so that you can take a photo of it on your phone, even that function doesn’t work properly. There were many times I’ve purchased more than $30 worth of stuff but whenever I took a photo of the receipt, ParisBaguette didn’t credit me with the points. I tried closing and re-opening ParisBaguette , updating ParisBaguette , etc. and nothing works. Don’t even bother trying to redeem points on ParisBaguette..

It logged me out and then gives a screen asking to variety details, when I give account information it says account with that information already exists. There’s no way to escape this page either making ParisBaguette useless to even look at the menu

I placed an order on Friday for Sunday evening delivery , Super Bowl cake.

The dasher in the store and store says the order payment didn’t process due to payment failure. I tried to place the order online after speaking to store in charge, app didn’t allow me to place the Super Bowl cake - say speciality cake needs to ordered 24hrs in advance.

As a user I didn’t get any error or email saying order cancelled nor payment failure. Why Delivery partner was sent to store if there is no order is confirmed. What a kiosk on a Super Bowl day🙃

FIX your app, payment is everything . Don’t waste ppl time.

Ps: store in charge was very nice n helpful and co ordinate this for me. Eventually they hold that cake for me and I went and pick up myself.

What happened? Apparently, I was logged out from app at some point. And when I went to tried to use it to check menu, today, I noticed it. But, it didn’t allow me to sign back in bc it said it didn’t recognize my information? So I tried to add it again but it recognizes my number and that I already have an account? I was confused. I tried deleting app and reinstalling. Same thing. I tried changing my password and although I got confirmation it was “successfully” changed, when I tried using it on ParisBaguette , it gave me same error message. So now what do I do?

I haven’t used ParisBaguette for a while. When I tried to log back in I forgot my original login method so I tried facebook login then I got stuck on verify info because my phone was taken. There is no way for me to go back to the log in page. It seems the only way to reuse ParisBaguette is to delete it and reinstall. Really appreciate if there is a way for me to go back to login page

Ordered 2 slices of cake & 2 drinks about 2 weeks before my schedule date (Valentines day) just to be called few minutes before I expected my order to be delivered that they did not have any of the items I had ordered days before hand. What’s the point of me ordering when they won’t even hold my order? Was told it sold out?
The only good thing is that I was told I can either replace or get a refund. I ended up asking for the refund because I wanted those specific items and it’s just so unorganized. It was confusing when they said I’d have to communicate with my Postmates to receive my refund. I assume they do their deliveries from there? But I do not have a postmates account and ordered straight from ParisBaguette..
It’s been almost a whole month and have yet to receive my refund..
It’s just so disappointing as a first time buyer.. Especially for a small order.

When I went to paris for the free coffee with a purchase of a pastry. I went to scan the deal since I brought a pastry I noticed it didn’t show up on the screen even though it made a sound. I thought they would still give me the coffee. I waited a while and the person asked me what drink I’m waiting for. I said the Iced coffee, they said did you order yet? I said yes using the deal. Then the person who took my order came and I asked them where my coffee was. They said that they can ring me up for it (I need to pay for it). Then another person says that they know about the deal and they could do it for me. Then they said I had to pay 22 cents for the drink to be added. Thats absurd since it said free with a purchase which I brought a pastry for. The coffee was okay but my experience was not the best.

The latest update gave a bunch of coupons which is nice but what use it that when I can’t even use them? Whenever I use the ACTIVE coupons and scan them, it always says that it’s expired on the cashiers screen. It always worked before the big update so this better be fixed before the end of July.

It’s impossible to order online because it doesn’t recognize the address of my local Paris Baguette location and I can’t move on to the next tab, even though I favorited the location. I go back and forth between stores and locations and they should be linked. There should be a link to order from the location tab. (Example: Order from this store). If it is because I may be too far from the location at the time then it should state that. It stated I was about 15 miles from the store, but again, it should tag whether it does not recognize a location more than a certain mileage, although I don’t think it should be an issue unless I’m more than 20 miles away. (It’s the only store in Virginia BTW). I am more likely to go to the store if I am able to easily order my favorite drink on ParisBaguette but again I can’t get past the location tab. Please fix this ASAP. Just check out Starbucks’s app.

When I want to order pick up it just stays in loading screen. ParisBaguette format isn’t established well. It needs to be easier like other “cafe” apps you scan and get points or for order pick up as well. This cafe is beautiful but ParisBaguette format will make it even better experience.

I tried to order ahead through ParisBaguette but when I tried to redeem my reward, it keeps popping up a message “Guest with this ID not found - please check input and try again”. I really have no idea what that means.

Could’ve been a good app but is missing crucial features:
- You can star PB locations, but when you go to Order, you must search for the PB location to order from in a national list. Start the list with my favorite! It’s not even ordered by closest to you - it’s alphabetical. Likelihood of ordering from Arcadia CA while in MA: slim to none.
- Cannot add PB Rewards from receipts in ParisBaguette . No barcode reader or email address to submit receipts.
- Cake order page does not have photos of the cakes. Doesn’t even describe what’s in the cakes.
+ It does have the hours and phone number of my starred PB location, but the voicemail is full and there was no way to contact them without going into the store.

An employee at the cafe told me to download ParisBaguette to get points for my purchase. She said I'll just have to scan the barcode on the receipt. I didn't have time to do it on the spot, so I tried it when I got home. Only to find out that you have to be close to one of their locations for this barcode scanning to work... This is pretty dumb. Please fix it.

Not easy to navigate and functionality is missing (e.g. unable to deselect saving credit card, etc.). There’s not enough characters to leave special instructions. Doesn’t allow switching between locations easily, some fields do not retain information that has already been edited/input causing a lot of re-entering of information.

The current version has a bug. When checking out on ParisBaguette to place an order, the payment page cannot process either credit card payment or Apple Pay. The Apple Pay window pops up and collapses right after. Credit card payments show an error message regarding HTTPS.

Every time I try to order through ParisBaguette after I select the location the next page never loads. I’ve tried to reset and try on other days but it still doesn’t work.

I love Paris Baguette food (not so much the drinks). But ParisBaguette is mediocre at best. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to order cakes and Apple Pay doesn’t work. Then if you try to add a card and check out it throws an html error. It’s like they don’t want your money! I had to go to the website to order the cake.

As others mentioned the favorites doesn’t work. Why have favorites if you still have to search for them??

The only thing is app is good for is scanning and redeeming rewards.

They charge you a fee to use a credit card. Why are you charging me a fee when I’m buying something from you that’s over $40?
This is why I give it four star rating.

ParisBaguette isn’t the most appealing, but it works unlike what ppl said in other reviews. I think Starbucks’ app is more sleek. There should be pictures of every item, not just some in my opinion.

I sent an order to awrong location. When I went to pickup at the new location. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania the associate was so kind to check for me. Cancelled wrong order call wrong location. Then got me what I wanted. My 4th trip to this north hills location and cannot be more happy with service. Products are delicious. Thanks for opening close to me.

ParisBaguette crashes when attempting to sign in to my Paris Baguette account. When I reopen it and try again it crashes again.

It keeps saying I have 5 notifications but don’t know where to check it. The message icon is gone and can’t order online because it just keeps saying loading after I click the location where I wanna order. PLEASE FIX IT IS SO ANNOYING!

I was worried when I saw the reviews, but if there was ever an issue with ParisBaguette it seems like they have fixed it. My location services and scanning the receipt worked great for me!

Just downloaded the new app and it’s awesome! Love the functionality of it and the look and feel. Much improved

I love this place! The food is so good and there are always so many options! Prices are good and the food is always fresh

I visit a friend early once a month on Sundays. When heading home I stop into the Paris Baguette for a few croissants for a late brunch; a bag of raisin bread for meals during the week and a coffee for the drive home. It’s the perfect treat after a very busy week!!!
