I visited the Newmarket location with a friend and was quite disappointed with the experience. We both ordered hot chocolate, and given the high price, the standard of the drinks was very poor and did not meet reasonable expectations. The pastries are also priced very high for what is offered. Overall, the experience did not offer good value for money, and I believe the pricing and product standards should be carefully reconsidered.
I have forgotten my password and have tried several times to reset. The link you send to my email does not work. When typing in the long URL that should be the link in the email, that doesn't work either. Do you have a solution? Thank you

Your computers were down in the store so I was not able to scan for my rewards. The server gave me a paper receipt to scan instead . When I scan it I am told it is not valid.
Opening hours are 6:00 am it’s 7:11 and the store is still closed, this is my second time trying to purchase m, seems like the store has issues opening on time, location is Rockaway NJ.
I had a gift card I purchased 2 cold brews I love dark coffee I have had cold brews which are delicious.This cold brew was so so so bitter not drinkable. I gave them back saying something is wrong too BITTER. (Sorry that is the cold brew) I returned asking for two ice coffees. When I requested a partial refund for the difference in price. I was told we cannot credit a gift card the difference was more than 5$. Not nice!

In recent months, I was not able to order via the app as it crash everytime I tried to submit and pay in the app. So I uninstalled and then reinstall the app and now it crash when I try to login!
Then I click the support link in Apple Store and guess what? It brought me to "Page Not Found" !?

Paris Baguette recently revamped their app and added something called “challenges”, where the customer has to buy something 3x within a month. They then promise to reward you with more points for completing the challenge. In my experience, the first two times, the purchases posted to my rewards account. The third time, the purchase did not post to my account, even though I successfully received a digital copy of my invoice, indicating that the system registered I had visited. I followed up with PB customer service. They posted the purchase to my account but did not mark the challenge as completed. I followed up again multiple times over the course of a week and never got a response. Don’t bother with the challenges - they’re a false incentive to buy more.

Before the app updated, I only needed 30 more points to get the reward(50 in total). Now I need 55 more, what a joke! I always bought cakes for my family (15/year) for their birthdays here, and after each cake purchase plus some other stuff, I got one free pastry ( my daughter loves their strawberry croissant). Now I need 2 cakes purchased to get the reward. What a shame! I’ve tried all the cakes they have. Now it’s time to switch to other bakeries.
