unstable connection, incessant vibrating

As it is right now, this app for our doorbell monitor is basically useless and very unreliable.

I work for a meeting space where we tend to have 20+ meeting attendees entering our space each day. It is crucial for our doorbell to work properly. However, when someone is at the door and the app rings on my phone, it takes about 30 seconds to connect to the monitor, and sometimes, it doesn’t even manage to connect. It is just easier to walk to the monitor because I know that it, at least, is more reliable (though still not 100%). Surely, it doesn’t have to be this difficult?

Another thing that happens more often than not is that after the app on my phone begins vibrating, it will keep vibrating even after i’ve unlocked the door in the app or through the monitor. I would then have to completely close the app for the vibrating to stop. Please fix the bugs and make this a more seamless experience.

This app is extremely annoying to use. I use this app to allow delivery drivers to leave packages in the gated area, and when it doesn’t work, I can’t receive packages. When the app works it’s great, but when it doesn’t it’s so frustrating. The most annoying issue is getting a “Connection Error”, then that will prevent you from unlocking the door. You will get “The system is in use. Retry later.”, this error message will prevent you for doing anything for at least 1 minute, even if you force quit the app and try again. You’ll need to wait.. and by then, most delivery drivers will have left by then.

System is in use error should not exist! I should be able to override the current session. This is just bad programming, and it’s very frustrating.

Quite buggy and need to rewrite

This is one of the most unstable App I downloaded in the past 3 years. Response time is slow and often too late to answer to the visitor. And also often upper part for video black out and no image is shown.
What is most frustrating is this App makes iOS’s video playback routine crash, and any video (on the web, YT, Vimeo etc) won’t be played after I use this AIPHONE b app. So I need to restart to iPhone in order to watch video with other App. I’ve never seen this before with an Apple approved App.
I strongly encourage the developer to rewrite the video playback part so that it doesn’t affect other Apps on iOS.
