How to fix AbiCalc app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AbiCalc app on iPhone
Update AbiCalc app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AbiCalc iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AbiCalc on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AbiCalc network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AbiCalc Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AbiCalc not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AbiCalc App
1. On android, goto Settings » AbiCalc » click [Force Stop]

Update AbiCalc to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AbiCalc App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AbiCalc » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AbiCalc.

Fix AbiCalc unable to contact server/ AbiCalc internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AbiCalc » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AbiCalc » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AbiCalc
