How to fix Wizdom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wizdom app on iPhone
Update Wizdom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wizdom iPhone app

Fix Wizdom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wizdom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wizdom app issues:

Force Stop the Wizdom App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wizdom app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wizdom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wizdom App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wizdom app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wizdom.

Fix Wizdom unable to contact server/ Wizdom internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wizdom » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wizdom » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wizdom on android.
