As I am unable to access my account I need to unscribe. Cannot do this via my account as it is not recognized. information on how to unscribe without access to account????

I keep having a problem watching as while I’m watching it will go into some kind of pause mode and then I’ll lose the whole period of play ??

I HAVE CONTACT LIVEBARN 3 TIMES - THE EQUIPMENT AT MORA CIVIC CENTER IS OUTDATED AND DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE EMAILED SUPPORT 3 WEEKS AG0 AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE MADE ADJUSTMENTS - THEY HAVEN'T. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. LAST YEAR I HAD GREAT SERVICES AND GOT STREAMING IN EVERY PLACE I HOOKED UP. BUT THIS YEAR, THE PEOPLE IN MORA, MINNESOTA ARE VERY UPSET WITH LIVEBARN. THERE IS NO FOLLOW THROUGH.

Last year, I purchased livebarn for a family member. This year I wanted to do the same thing so I logged into the account and entered my credit card information. I wanted to update the account email address. I was able to update the email but now livebarn says that it doesn't recognize that account. I even went in and updated the password as well and still the new email address is still not recognized. I wish you had a customer service number. It is so difficulty to try and type what the problems or issues one is having. Please contact me as soon as possible with how to correct this issue. I don't want my family member missing any games and I am paying for a service that is not being able to be use. Thank you for your help in advance. Tracey Ioanilli

Signed up to watch my granddaughter's softball game. Exactly when she was to come to bat, my screen started pixelating and it looked as if ghosts were on the ballfield. I missed her first at bat because of it. Later, I tried re-watching the game on demand and the whole game was screwed up, ghosts though out and intermittent noise like a 1940's locomotive at the station (yes, I'm that old!). I'm cancelling my subscription immediately even though she has more games coming up in this tournament. Definitely not worth the headache.

Please cancel my account asap, and send me confirmation by my email asap, this service keeps freezing up and I have written multiple emails to you about it. I play 4-5 times a week in different leagues and will be telling anyone in the locker room to stay away. If my account is not cancelled asap, I will cancel the payment via my cc company.

When I signed up in June to watch a game, I specified that I do not want to be automatically billed. For some reason I was automatically billed. I didn't notice it on my bill until recently and went into my account to cancel. I am still being billed. Please reverse the charges. Thank you.

On September 5, 2021 LiveBarn charged to my VISA credit card account $17.95. As best I understand my doing business with LiveBarn ... I only signed up to view individual AAU basketball games in which the AAU team Total Skills from Doylestown, PA was participating. I've not signed up to view an AAU basketball game in which Total Skills participated since the end of June 2021. Never did I intend to sign up with LiveBarn for continuous opportunities to view sporting events. If somehow ... inadvertently ... I did sign up for continuous LiveBarn service please cancel that function ... and consider providing me a $17.95 credit to my VISA credit card account LiveBarn has retained in its records. I am very disappointed with LiveBarn. We have 6 grandsons playing hockey so we go to multiple rinks. I see more spinning circles than actual hockey games. Good luck trying to Comtact them. No phone number. Now I know why. They would be flooded with calls and subscribers trying to cancel. This is a product that went on the market before it was tested. Great idea but this is really a poor system. I hope some one from LiveBarn actually responds.

Just got live barn Friday nite, for my grandsons game ,went to watch some game way before his at the Euclid rink in Euclid ohio and I just get a spinning circle switched to other games same thing ,what's going on with this ,I stream TV all day and nite so it's not my internet ,had a day can't watch a one game all day

Once again we weren’t able to watch our grandson play hockey at the Chiller North in Dublin Ohio. We had issues last month, too. Although we received an email that the issues were fixed, every time we tried the panoramic view, the screen went black. We tried numerous times on the iPad and even tried on our iPhone. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to watch. This really isn’t acceptable.

Was able to view one hockey game at Warenenko in Roselle New Jersey on Sunday the first of November. Ever since that time the reception has been horrible sometimes it freezes constantly buffering and sometimes only audio. Totally unacceptable it is very frustrating.

We hv been trying to watch our grandsons game from cochrane ab, sawmills arena -totem 1 . The game and sound keeps cutting in and out .Totally frustrating.
