This app ALWAYS has one function or another that is broken and not working. When that happens, it’s also very common for that function to be broken FOR WEEKS. When you contact customer service, they are rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. They not only dance around the question, but they NEVER are able to give a timeline for when the broken function will resume functionality. At best, they say they know of the problem and are “working on it,” even when the problem has persisted for over a week. They don’t give two s*its about their users. If I could give negative stars, I would. Even worse, hours after a player was ruled out, their “news” not infrequently still says the player is questionable. It’s a good thing they don’t try to charge for this app.

I use this app to follow PGA tournaments and it is very frustrating and almost useless to even try! I will start to scroll down the leaderboard and after a few seconds the app will refresh to the top. I try to scroll down and once again it will refresh to the top. It is impossible to completely scroll down the leaderboard before it refreshes and loses your spot. I have contacted customer support on three different occasions and they have yet to fix the issue or even have the courtesy to reply back. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall it but the issue remains. I rarely ever leave a one star rating but the lack of customer support and the app failing to serve the purpose of me downloading it, one star is well deserved.

I don’t know how my review got deleted. But your app is still worthless at the moment. Doesn’t work on sundays and now it hasn’t worked at all. I can’t believe a partner of the NFL and NBA has such a mediocre app. You devs need to get it together. The app doesn’t work, and the user interface is not pleasing. Then you devs don’t even update player photos till later in the season. FanDuel updates before the seasons start. DK live needs to be fixed and needs a better pleasing design / UI
