This product made it is so we could see our kid across the country play. Much better than not seeing even if quality ain’t great. I withhold a ratings of excellence until the product comes out with a feature that triggers an alarm whenever my child comes on the ice saving the parents needless hours having to watch other people’s spawn.

I subscribed to Livebarn for a month to watch my children's hockey games at our local rink, as advertised by the service. However, after logging in, I discovered that the camera at our rink had been out of order for over a year, leaving no footage available. When I contacted their customer support, they confirmed the camera was non-functional with no timeline for repair. Upon requesting a refund due to the unavailability of the advertised service, they refused and instead offered a $10 credit for another month of service, which was of no use to me. The company's advertising seems deceptive, promoting services they are unable to deliver, leading to a frustrating experience.

I paid $200.00 for the season.. I get to watch Black screens, Frozen screens .... the service and customer service SUCKS.... it's never their system but always my end thats not working is what they tell me.... DO NOT waste your money on this ##$% service... find someone that can live stream on FB... seems the work better

Picture quality is poor. Center ice is enlarged and nets are distant and small. Is there an adjustment.

There was a new service offered that seemed to be incluced with the upgrade to premium subsription; after upgrading it was made aware that the service was not incluced and the service was an additional $14+ for each video requested to be analyzed. When I requested to have my price increase removed and subscription reverted; they stated that the issue was a subscriber error and that the annual price increase was not going to be refunded.

I tried for months during last years hockey season to have LiveBarn check the Mora Civic Centers streaming and camera system because of the constant buffering. They never did and made the same excuse that they have done in the United States and Canada - it is your computer. It wasn't - they don't want to hire more techs and improve their products, let alone their customer service. They said they would send a tech to evaluate the cameras and streaming network. I have texted them to see if it was done, no response on that request. Also, their monthly rate for the hockey season is now $21:75. Haven't decided if I want to watch LiveBarn again and go through the BS they will use to defend their horrible product. Isn't there a Consumer Board that regulates fraud?

Used it once and they charged me two times per month for a year. My fault for not cancelling the subscription but charging twice is not acceptable. And they won't give a return.

Might as well be a ring security camera mounted to the ceiling. And the streaming never caught up on my other user’s service. Complete waste of $30/month! If this is your only option to watch a live event that you can’t be at, don’t waste your time or money.

Awful streaming, even worse customer service. I sent a video showing what was happening, constant stuttering and buffering, and they just kept telling me it was my internet, which is gig download 😆

Why can't the camera follow the puck. I spend more time looking at frozen ice while the action is at the other end. I think your camera person is reading a book while the game is being played. Waste of money.

WORTHLESS!!! Small print shows they may or may not be streaming that game, horrible accessibility and even worse customer service. Such a scam! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Will literally find any other service before throwing my money away for nothing with them.

Why pay the monthly fee if you cannot log on or watch a hockey game? This platform is slow, and buffers constantly. Livebarn is right on time with taking your money though. Joke.

Just receive notice since the camera was wet and dirty no refund would be made since they agreed the game was not visible. This company is a total rip off. Don’t waste your money on LiveBarn.

Spotty service and feed at best. Worked great for week but now can only view 1/10th of the locations listed, buffering takes forever, and on the rare chance that I do get a feed, it kicks me out after a minute. Message at the top reads “Live stream has ended”. These issues get old fast. Would I recommend this? Absolutely not!

This is the only way to watch my grandson's hockey games. I have turned in issues to them almost weekly because of poor video or no video when I know a game is on. It goes up and down constantly. When I turn in the issue they blame it on everything but themselves. When you complain too much the turn the service off. They still charge monthly though. hmmmmm Nice scam. Put us low cost equipment and take the money in without fixing anything. They have used the pandemic as an excuse for the past 18 months but we all know that is a load of ........... I would cancel them in a minute if there was any other way to see the games. Do you thing the BBB would be willing to look into it?

This was absolutely the worst experience I could have imagined. I could not watch Live, as the screen was blank most of the time, and when I went to watch the playbacks, they were almost as bad. What a joke.

We have tried to watch games at the Calgary Crowchild arena. Spent most of the time buffering. Is there anyway to resolve this problem?

Absolutely the worst streaming service ever. I have contacted customer support multiple times and get pretty much the same canned response. " it works on my computer" You MAY get a clear video about 1/4 of the time. It is terrible I put up with this for a monthly fee but it is the only way to see my grandsons play hockey. I wish another service would take over an put them out of business.

I have had nothing but issues with this service when you email customer service their rude and would tell you if you dont like it cancel

It works sometimes. Live Barn is very lucky they have a monopoly on this service. They must feel safe offering a service for $15 a month that is so terrible. We just missed the last 3 min of a 1-1 tie The screen went black, then came back on so we could watch the Zamboni. No real customer service.

Purchased a subscription for $15/year two years ago. Used a couple times then. They renewed my subscription twice without any kind of notification. Never even sent an email with updates on my account in two years. After second renewal I asked to cancel and have subscription refunded. They said they don’t issue refunds. Word to the wise: make sure you keep track of your subscriptions. Some companies are good about notifying you of a pending renewal. This one is not.

Horribly disappointing experience. I was appalled that i was required to spend $27 so that my husband and I could both watch our son's swim meet simultaneously. That was the first thing that set me off. But obviously, we spent the money as we did not want to miss this very big, championship meet. I assumed that since we were paying for the service, that it would be high-quality. I was very mistaken. There were constant technical issues on the first day, making it impossible to watch. There was a ridiculous audio delay, which rendered the livestream useless. Then, when things were finally "working", I was astounded at the poor quality of the video, the poor camera placement. The ONE camera (how do you have only one camera???). It was a joke. I feel robbed. Refunds should be offered to all the suckers that subscribed so they could watch this meet.

Absolutely terrible. I paid for this to watch my brother's senior hockey season in Michigan and we are three games in and I haven't been able to even watch a full period. The feed is constantly cutting out for 5-10 minutes at a time. I have reported problems to Livebarn everytime they happen and their excuses are always the same, "looks like there isn't a feed currently" and "it may be a problem with the host's internet connection." This has happened at three different ice rinks and still no change or solutions offered from Livebarn. To charge people $17+ for this service a month and then not even deliver a full or even half a game, is robbery. The only time the feed works consistently is in between periods. So I am essentially paying $17 a month to watch a zamboni go around the ice. This is a fraud.

It is the worst product ever marketed. We lose at least 10 minutes of game time every hockey game we watch due to frozen screens. Livebarn never accepts responsibility, always passing the buck on the local service, or your equipment. We sent them a screenshot of a teamsnap post that the entire team was having the same issue from numerous carriers and states. Still not their problem. Magically it works fine on their end. For all i know the tech is sitting in a bathtub reading a book. Do not waste your time or money. I cancelled my subscription. Horrible product as well as customer support.

Live Barn is marginal when working great and is terrible when ice rinks decide whether to turn it in or despite advertising that they have live barn. Buy only if it’s a last resort and you know your venue will have it on for all games.

I am never able to watch my childs game. Always loading screen or error message. If you select live 99% of the time it will come on. What are the benefits of this site if you are unable to watch games you can't attend?

The reception is terrible at a lot of rinks Tiny picture with black boarders . Asiaf rink in Brockton mass . Also elsewhere constantly video problems stopping and starting

Purchased a one month subscription and attempted to watch my son's hockey game. Video was through the hockey netting and video quality was very poor. I entered 2 complaints about the video quality through the app before signing out and cancelling my subscription before the end of the first period!!! As yet they have denied a refund but I will address this through my credit card company, social media and if necessary the State's attorney general's office. I was charged a fee and did not receive a service. I believe that is a crime.

Live Barn is exploiting the desperation that parents/grandparents are experiencing during this pandemic. Realizing that we can’t attend sporting events the company merely positions a camera in a awkward location above the court or rink; no zooms or camera movement with poor audio and charges an outrageous price. COVID a parasite!

Horrible company. Live feed did nothing but buffer and they would not provide a refund. They blamed it on my equipment. Please dont buy.

We purchased Livebarn to watch our son who is playing hockey on the other side of the country. Nearly every rink has it which is great but it's horribly slow and lags. It doesn't matter which rink they're in, it constantly has to buffer. We use streaming services for TV so we know it's not our internet.

I checked which hockey rink venues were listed on the LiveBarn website before I purchased the subscription and, after paying, tried to view my listed rink which was locked and not showing the game. After questioning LiveBarn and getting a response about everyone adjusting to a “new normal” I’m left with paying for a service that they can’t provide. I think if they can’t provide it, then they really shouldn’t list it.

I wanted to see how my son's hockey practice and since there are no free trials with Livebarn, I purchased the subscription only to find out it does not work at my son's rink. I asked to cancel the subscription within 24 hours and then still would not give me a refund. Seems a little shady, no trial period or refunds. I never even watched one thing.

I purchased the service to be able to watch my son's baseball games live and to have it to watch the replay, but the field that we were on the camera didn't work until mid game for both games that we played on this field and when it did come on, you couldn't see anyways because there was condensation on the lens and there wasn't any sound. Then when we played on a different field, it was the same scenario. It didn't come on until mid game and you couldn't see or hear anything. Very upset with the service and they are not willing to refund even though other families from the team were refunded. Only offered discount on service for another time, but not wasting the money for it again!
