It's a good app to work with brands. I worked with a brand and completed a few missions. However, there are issues with get things resolved. Example, I was approved for a free sample, they give a few days to post on social media. Unfortunately, my sample arrived late are the due date of the mission. Of course, it was shipped via the good old reliable US postal service (which we all know is notoriously horrible, things get lost or delivery very late). I get a notification from this app app that I have just a few days left to post. However, I couldn’t because I had not received the product. So, I contact customer service via the chat to let them know I don't have the product, no answer -crickets! Tried customer support and finally I get an answer few days later - just to tell me they can’t help and I need to contact the brand. So I proceed to contact the brand and no response either - crickets again! this app finally gives me extras day to submit the mission, put long and behold I can’t because some error messages. I continue to contact customer support to let know there is continuous error message which didn’t let me submit the mission. Guess what, no help! It never worked and I couldn’t submit the mission and my account shows that it was never completed. So know I can’t request any missions. So, it was good until the product arrived after it’s due date and then you get ZERO help.

I a new influencer/ambassador and because I’m new I don’t have they eye of my favorite brands yet (as I know of 😉😉) and I don’t really have experience or a portfolio to prove that I even know what I’m doing if I ever decided to approach a brand I love myself. We this app you really are a brand ambassador there a mission that you do that helps you get in the motion of promotion and doing exactly what ambassadors do! You get free stuff to start you off (depending on the brand) you get your own discount codes which I think makes me look a little more official lol! I really love Brandbassador! I’m enjoying myself and I’m learning! Oh yeah!! And the best part is you earn REAL MONEY and REAL GIFT CARDS, you can turn your cash into gift cards and use them on your brands your apart of! This feels really good. You really feel like a big ambassador!

This was our first ever attempt to work as an ambassador with a brand so we are newbies! We love Brandbassador because we can see instant gratification from our brand “missions”. You can also move up in levels and earn more commissions. Everything is nicely laid out and organized. The only thing negative is that Brandbassador sometimes freezes or has small glitches. this app is constantly working on these glitches though and provides updates for Brandbassador . One example is that you can’t see your dashboard when opening Brandbassador if you have a current mission in progress. Nothing crazy but small glitches like that. Overall, great app and user friendly! We are starting slow and growing steadily.

Okay so I usually don’t write reviews but for this one app in particular I just need to give my honest opinion. Brandbassador IS AMAZING!! Trust me when I say it isn’t a scam like some apps are, this one makes you feel as though you’re like the “chosen one” and when I say that I mean you actually have to be invited by the creator in order to use Brandbassador. This is a great way if you want to make money on easy tasks. They literally give you step by step instructions on how to receive your commission and/or free items from that company. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because some of the company’s listed on here will not work with you unless you have a certain number of followers and it takes a while for missions to be approved. But overall I’m never uninstalling Brandbassador.

So I’ve seen a ton of negative reviews about how people don’t actually make money or get freebies but that’s not always true. As long as you have good engagement on your social media, almost all of the brands will accept you as part of their team. I’ve been on this app for about a month and I’ve made $230 and I’ve gotten a few pairs of socks, 4 semi-permanent tattoos, 2 phone cases, and an iPad case. It’s a lot of work sometimes, but it’s worth it. Most of the money I made came from purchasing things and getting reimbursed along with $5-$30 in bonus cash and the rest was commission from sales. Commission starts off really low, I was making like $1 for every $50 spent for some brands. But as you move up, you’ll start to make more.

Brand ambassador has been more helpful to me in more ways than I would have ever guessed. It makes staring out , getting going with a company smooth and gives you all the direction you need. It motivates you while making it fun and rewarding you! I had became a brand ambassador for one company that is not on here, before I downloaded it.... it was really unnerving not knowing what to do. How to make my codes, and no motivation or real instruction. And that company came to me and asked me to do it! I would not recommend being an ambassador of influencer for any company that is not on or affiliated with brand ambassador. Brandbassador, sets you up for success, it makes you make money!

Brandbassador is a great way to help people become a Brand Ambassador. It's real and not a scam like most of the emails I receive. The company is actually working with these brands. I even reached out to one of my favorite brands called Hairfinity by Brock Beauty to make sure this was legit. They assured me that they actually are working with this app. I always wanted t be a Brand Ambassador so 1 am thankful for this app for reaching out to me and believing that I would be a good fit! this app is easy to use , they explain everything step by step and if you have any questions they get back to you within the next 24 hours.

A brand I was representing moved their ambassador program to this app. I have had nothing but problems with Brandbassador. First, when I linked my Instagram account, the language on some of my Instagram notifications was changed to some foreign language. When I contacted the brand, they were no help whatsoever and claimed it wasn’t them, after I told them it happened immediately after I linked my account (I had made no other changes to my Instagram before or during linking with this app). Now I am having to deal with them taking my MONEY. I had x amount of money in my account and one day it disappeared and now says 13 CENTS. Their wait times to receive a response is so long and when they do respond, they do very little to help. On top of all of that, the Brandbassador logs me out constantly. I find it hard to believe that this is a reputable company.

The this app app is great for connecting with brands. It provides an easy process that anyone can understand and somehow helps you and your social media grow with these brands. It’s a great opportunity to find brands with the same targets and morals you do.
Brandbassador itself however has a lot of issues with logging in. I made sure I was putting in the correct information, once, twice, thrice, but it kept telling me that ether I had my password wrong or that there was a server error. I wasn’t able to log in for months and I eventually gave up then went back in. Then I was FINALLY able to log in, however it does log me out and I have to go through the whole process again. If that could be fixed, then Brandbassador would get all five stars!

This program is one of the worse experience we have had when it comes to an affiliate program. It’s extremely difficult to sign up which has cost us countless man hours with our current list of affiliates and their customers service is terrible. They basically trap you in a contract and put limitations on your ability to sign affiliates up so that you can’t exit out if you don’t like your experience with the program. We voiced our opinions many times to them directly about not being able to sign up affiliates bc they can’t figure it out and they said the only way to exit is a 90 day notice with at least 200 affiliates. Well if the issue is that our current stable of affiliates are having a hard time signing up how can we even reach 200 affiliates?! Be very careful of this unethical company.

I normally don’t write reviews but for this one I felt like it was worth it. It’s definitely a cool app, it connects you to tons of brands that you may never have been able to discover on your own.

The approval response from the brands has been really quick for me! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems to take a while for the missions to be approved. Also, I have had issues linking some of my other social media accounts (Facebook still will not connect no matter how hard I try) and that prevents me from completing some of the missions.

However I still think the exposure to brands Brandbassador gives is truly amazing !

the only reason this has so many stars is they rewarded people to write a great review. Brandbassador is terrible. It is very unstable and many features never work. I don’t think they do any testing. They don’t utilize the IOS password interface either which is just annoying. Help is very limited as the brands don’t know anything and I think it is just like one person on the ‘tech’ side and I use that word very lightly. Their solution is this (1) delete app and re-install or (2) link and unlink if the interface to another app isn’t functioning properly. What is this the early 90s where re-boot was the answer to everything? Don’t torture you ambassadors and influencers by going with this. There are simpler ways that surely don’t cause the frustration Brandbassador does.

I love how easy to use Brandbassador is for interacting with brands and earning cash / gift cards as a “brand ambassador.” I’ve worked with similar apps and companies before (although by no means am I a professional) and the interface of BrandAmbassador and the ease of automatic switching to/from Instagram is far superior.

There are some technical issues, as to be expected (like missing sales with their codes/tracking link, missions not loading or disappearing, and the annoying redirect whenever you have an incomplete mission pending), but hopefully these will be fixed soon!

I started using Brandbassador after recieving an email notification from a brand on there to suggest me becoming a this app! You do these missions that range from liking/commenting/sharing posts on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc,) and recieve either a couple hundred points or a 10¢-$15 for specified missions! Those sales and points are redeemed to take you to a higher “level,” (Bronze, Silver, etc) and that’s about it! You get paid in ‘cash’ or ‘gift cards,’ and when you convert your cash to a gift card of one company, it provides more credits to utilize for the chosen brand! It’s a pretty good app to get you feeling what the duties are of a (social media) brand ambassador!

I was introduced to Brandbassador by a friend of mine. I was in the stages of trying to become a brand ambassador. I have had many, many false emails and other communications from so-called apps that help you become an ambassador. I found it very easy to download and use the this app app. It is really what they say. They actually work with brands to help find a good fit between consumer and brand. So far I LOVE it 🥰 and can’t wait to become ambassador for some of my favorite brands and also get to try out other brands that may be a better fit for me.

Brandbassador itself is a great idea but it’s also cause me a mountain of issues and the customer is good but they don’t ever answer your questions. I’ve had to ask them three times about one simple question and then keep answering with an answer i DIDNT ask for. I clearly stated what i want them to do they avoid it each time. Also they messed up my chance to do a deal with a brand as for some reason there is an error in my stats reporting which led me to be rejected. The brand asked Brandbassador to fix which was never done. I’ve reached out to them about this. Question ignored. Besides the fact that they are messing with my money it’s fine. But i don’t like it when someone messes with my money that I’ve earn…. Or with the possibility of earning it.

Brandbassador is amazing to really help your career and make ambassador/brand partnerships run super smoothly. My one issue is there are so many technical bugs that it makes using Brandbassador feel like so much work. The idea and what it’s doing is amazing 100% but it freezes, the missions will randomly not come up, and the back arrow never ever works so I have to constantly close out of Brandbassador entirely just to go from messages back to the home screen. If changes like this are made I think Brandbassador will really get the credit it deserves. Right now it has too many technical issues that keep it from thriving. It’s a great app and I really think that once the bugs are fixed it’ll be a staple on everyone’s phone

Brandbassador would be better if old features that are a so le would be removed and there wasn’t so many glitches. Brandbassador is super easy to use and when it works correctly it’s awesome. Even after updates the company hasn’t removed old features that no longer work. The delay in response could be hours or days just depends on the company that is another poor issue. When you send a message it says could be 13 days to reply. For a company to reply to a technical issue when there app is based on you trying to make sales for a company is outrageous. Brandbassador definitely could use a lot of improvements!!

Brandbassador WAS legit until almost everything stopped working for me. The “like” missions stopped working for me and Brandbassador support stated they fixed it but it still doesn’t work. I have signed out, unlinked all my accounts, deleted Brandbassador and reinstalled and I still get error messages. Now, my facebook submissions are failing. The brands I am working with states other people’s submissions are going through fine and it is up to app support to fix these numerous issues. I have tried everything they recommended so far and things still do not work. I have been missing out on many missions with many brands due to these errors. No idea what happened because it was working just fine a few days ago.

I downloaded the this app hoping to maybe earn some discounts or rewards that I can use for Christmas 🎄… however I got much more than that! I am excited to help as many small companies that need and deserve promotions and exposure, like for example, The Vintage Cosmetic Company that have the cutest beauty products that I have ever seen! I am looking forward to helping this app accomplish their goals and I am excited about earning some discounts, free samples or discounts on different brands. I downloaded Brandbassador and so far, no issues! Thumbs up 👍!!!

Brandbassador is great for influencers wanting to get brand deals with other campaniles, and it’s all organized on Brandbassador ! Before I got Brandbassador I was messaging with brands and trying to keep up with all of the information myself. They also never gave me missions, or other ways to make money unless I asked! Brandbassador will generate that all for you. I recommend Brandbassador 10/10, it has made my life easier keeping all of my sources of income organized as an entrepreneur, and I’ve also been able to get so many brand deals, along with build a team and make 20% commission off of their sales!! It’s an awesome app and I am so happy I downloaded it!

I’ve always have my heart set to becoming a great influencer and brand ambassador. Brandbassador is definitely a great start to do it! I love finishing missions - they’re easy and you can actually earn by doing so while you practice to becoming a more competent influencer. I am all new to Brandbassador but getting the hang of it is easy. The only thing I might say I had a hard time figuring out was when I apply to a mission, there was no option to go back to the main page so I always have to get out Brandbassador and open it again. It might be a bug that they probably fixed already in their most recent update.

I’ve really enjoyed using Brandbassador instead of Pela’s old website as a brand ambassador. It’s easier to access and more user friendly. It makes being an ambassador fun! I also like how there are many other ambassador opportunities within Brandbassador . It’s been great so far! There is one glitch with Brandbassador that I think can easily be fixed, though! After submitting a mission on the IphoneX, there is not return page option. I have to close out Brandbassador and go back in again to access the missions instead of simply clicking a back button.

I heard about this application few days ago. I think this is a best application to become brand ambassador . Every person needs to be helpful to others and this is the way to perform brand you like .
Thia is a great app for anyone who wants to expand their social media platform, have the opportunity to partner up with different kinds of brands and become their ambassadors. It has been the perfect opportunity for me to connect with brands , which otherwise I couldn't have. I love this concept! I really feel as a vig this app
