It's a good app to work with brands. I worked with a brand and completed a few missions. However, there are issues with get things resolved. Example, I was approved for a free sample, they give a few days to post on social media. Unfortunately, my sample arrived late are the due date of the mission. Of course, it was shipped via the good old reliable US postal service (which we all know is notoriously horrible, things get lost or delivery very late). I get a notification from this app app that I have just a few days left to post. However, I couldn’t because I had not received the product. So, I contact customer service via the chat to let them know I don't have the product, no answer -crickets! Tried customer support and finally I get an answer few days later - just to tell me they can’t help and I need to contact the brand. So I proceed to contact the brand and no response either - crickets again! this app finally gives me extras day to submit the mission, put long and behold I can’t because some error messages. I continue to contact customer support to let know there is continuous error message which didn’t let me submit the mission. Guess what, no help! It never worked and I couldn’t submit the mission and my account shows that it was never completed. So know I can’t request any missions. So, it was good until the product arrived after it’s due date and then you get ZERO help.
