Can`t access my account-- multi-factor authentication has wrong phone number, which was never my phone number. I`ve sent ID pics and jumped through all the hoops but still after almost 3 weeks i still can`t get on the site

I haven't received a single response from any of my emails that I have sent BETMGM pertaining to a prize I won from a BETMGM mailing. I received mail from BETMGM NJ, in that mailing was a scratch off area which revealed that I had won a $250 of casino freeplay along with a code. I followed the instructions on the mailing which explained the following process to activate the $250 in freeplay: Login to my account with BETMGM and click on Promotions, enter the code and enjoy the $250 freeplay prize. I have followed the directions as directed and there is absolutely no where on the BETMGM site to enter a code for a prize of any kind. I even tried to enter the code on the bonus portion of the Deposit/Withdraw page and still no luck. How do I claim this freeplay prize of $250 before time runs out on December 31st. Please contact me by email or text me how to proceed. I'm not losing another bonus because of extremely poor instructions on BETMGM behalf. P.S. I spend a lot of money on BETMGM and this is unacceptable way of treating a Gold Level Member. Mike Burt

Hey I’ve been trying to Withdraw my money from my account it’s not letting me they told me I had to deposit money in already to withdraw in I did but it’s not letting me

I wanted to withdraw some funds from the BetMGM app, and it stated that I could only withdraw using one of their several methods, all of which require that I had deposited money that way. So, I deposited $10 using the Play+ method and now I can't find that $10, nor can I withdraw other funds because the transaction seems to have disappeared, even though it showed the deposit as successful.
